Brandon of Roto Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup did an excellent job on Christmas Eve. He arrived within 30 minutes and quickly unplugged our sewer blockage He then cleaned the area both inside and out. He saved the day for our family get together the next day. I highly recommend them.

Brandon was amazing, many other plumbers would have given up after the first hour we were lucky he didn't. It was on such short notice too, a few hours before christmas eve. He cleared out my main line and it wasn't easy. He was non stop and out in almost 2 hours worth. He's the best. Thank you Brandon you made my family's day brotha.

Brandon, the associate assigned to repair was kind, helpful, and really knows about his job. He was able to fix quickly. But the downside, service cost about $200 just using an auger to remove the clog which is a simple approach. Although, he gave a one week warranty for the repair done, I hope there wouldn’t be any problem in the future.

Colton show up on time, completely professional troubleshooting and fixed the problems fast very thankful for the professionalism and skill to diagnose the problems and get our home back up and running. Highly recommend and please request Colton he was the best..

As always, Roto- Rooter is there when you need them! We did preventative maintenance and Brandon was awesome! He was quick, personable and really knows his stuff. Colton from RR came out late on a Friday night to help us with a backed up shower. He worked quickly and efficiently to not only fix the problem but made 100% sure it was fixed correctly. His level of professionalism and friendliness were top notch!!!

Brandon did a great job for us. He arrived within the window we were given and, even though there were a couple of obstacles to overcome, he took care of them and got our line cleared and a camera scan of the line which was very helpful. Everything is working great. Highly recommend.
