I was moving in to a new apartment that had been neglected by the landlords so I wanted to get everything clean and fresh before I move in. HousecleaningEU sent Adela to do my cleaning and she was fantastic to say the least. Efficient, thorough, and great attitude. She cleaned the baseboards along the whole apartment and cleaned all of the cabinet doors in the apartment. I have never come across someone who actually does those things without charging another $100.

Great clean and very reasonably priced. I can tell their cleaners are happy and held to a high standard. I will definitely be recruiting HousecleaningEU and Adele to help me out every month.

We showed up to a disgusting scene at my son's dorm at The Harbor OCC (Orange Coast Community College). Wowzser came in and saved the day!!! The roommate who moved out the day before left the worst mess I had ever seen!

They cleaned the bathroom and bedroom first, then they headed into the disgusting kitchen. The refrigerator looks like a brand new refrigerator. They cleaned up the food left in cabinets, they cleaned all the appliances, and they even cleaned the walls.
Now the dorm looks brand new and my son was happy to move in. They saved us HOURS of work. I will definitely hire them again and probably bring them back during the holidays for a little refresh.

If not for Wowzser, I would never have left my son in that dorm! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

A few days ago I noticed that my windows were extra dirty. I requested a quote from Wowzser for window washing on Sunday evening. Ray responded within minutes and on Monday I let him know that I would like him to come clean my windows. I was happily surprised when he said he could come the next morning. Ray showed up within the arrival window that he gave me and did a great job. My windows are so clean that my house was actually brighter than normal. Ray is a nice person and did such a good job that I am going to have Wowzser Maids come clean my house.

I made an appointment for a deep cleaning, I recently got in an accident and broke my spine so I wasn’t able to clean my apartment like I usually do. I paid $200 for two people to come to my house for an hour and leave. Afterwards, I noticed things were NOT cleaned at all- there were dirty smudges all over my tables. I think they just wiped things down with a cloth. Not sure why I paid $200 for less than an hour of work. I later expressed to the owner that I was not happy , and I simply requested a partial refund because I received a normal cleaning, not a deep cleaning. I just wanted the difference back. I thought their “Satisfaction guarantee” would make this a reasonable request. I was left on read. Unprofessional, and honestly, a scam. You’ll certainly be left saying “wow” wondering why your wallet is lighter and your apartment is still dirty…

the cleaning team was very responsive and complied with my request. I called them to clean 1bedroom and bathroom for the new tenants that were coming in. new tenants were pleased by the cleanliness of the room and bath room. there was also one big blackish spot on the bedroom wall that needed to be removed and they removed it wonderfully. great service overall.

I schedule a cleaning service with wowzser maids and it was really convenient. They explained for me how much they charge and asked me if I was in a budget then they offered me three different packages for me to choose from. They were friendly and really professional all came covid ready they were protected. I live in an 2 bedrooms apartment. They charged me a decent amount and estimated 3 hours to be done. The crew came on time and they were great. I was outside when the time they came, but when I came back home, everything was perfect. I was surprised and satisfied with the result. They cleaned my windows, wood floor, fridge, oven, microwave, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, the living room. They emptied all trash, washed all dishes they did a deep clean. Everything was just perfectly organized. I love them! My experience with them was extremely great! I will continue support this company.😊

They were prompt and communicative leading up to the cleaning and listened to what I pointed out when they arrived. Excellent cleaners, very friendly, and I really love the fact that they are up front about costs! They also managed to get rid of this ridiculous stain/gunk on the stove that we’ve literally been trying to scrape off for 2 years that other cleaners couldn’t do a thing about, so that was an excellent surprise. Will happily book again!

I hired Wowzser Maids for a move out cleaning. They did a great job! I had reached out on Yelp to get quotes from many different businesses and Wowzser Maids had the cheapest quote. They have great reviews on Yelp so I gave them a chance. I'm really glad I did because they did an amazing job! They even sent me a very detailed video of the house when they finished! Our landlord was very pleased we left the place in such great condition. I highly recommend Wowzser Maids for any cleaning needs you might have! I would definitely use them again!
