Surprised at the good reviews. Maybe we got a bad deal. Paid $210 for a deep clean and the cleaner did a good job however missed a lot of spots and lacked attention to detail. For one cleaner for 2.5 hours $210 lworks out at $82ph which seems a ridiculous amount for cleaning services! Won’t be using this service again.
Ray, the customer service attendant was pretty hostile as well when I raised my concerns. Carpets and floor mats were just left outside, seemed like they were in a rush to leave and not finish the job. Most deep cleans for 2 hours there have been 2 maids which would have maybe covered all points mentioned on the contract.

Why would I provide details of my home prior to the clean, on a review that is based on the services you provide? I paid you to fulfil the items in the contract, which you did not. However since you brought it up I’d love for you to provide photos of the before condition Ray to back up your hilarious and dishonest claims of the “hoarder level” you speak of. Who even knows what a category 2 or 3 level hoarder is? Some classification you’ve made up to make yourself sound clever, or was that all just an Ai generated response since you can’t put one together yourself?

Trying to discredit a fair review and shirk responsibility is testament to how you have unfolded as a character and business owner. If your cleaner did a fair job then why offer to send her back? The reason we cancelled was because we didn’t want an untrustworthy set of operators back in our home, compounded by your rude phone manner and blind ignorance that someone might not have done a good job. Once bitten twice shy.

I wonder what you pay your poor cleaners of the $84ph you charge for the costly scheduling fees you mention. Maybe they’d work harder if you cut them in on a little bit more of a fair rate.

I first used this company five years ago to clean and repair a bunch of rugs, including Persian family heirlooms, and was very happy with their work. I've just had them over again today to pick up some other pieces for repair and cleaning. They make the process very fast and easy, and they are pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Baran for all fine rug repair and cleaning.

The owner here is great and we will always use them for our rug cleaning needs. Him and his employees work very hard, sometimes late into the night. That is some dedication!
