Not happy at all. I feel like got cheated. I paid so much but didn't got the result I was expected. They were not honest . I Gave two rugs for cleaning and one real needed repairs, but other one was ok. i asked them to repair the one was damaged but don't touch other one. After I pay so much for damage one , at the end they brought damage one not fixing , instead they repa the one it didn't need it at this time and they took all that money from me and I'm still hav the damage rug. very upset.
if you giving rugs to them make sure take a picture before and after.

Amazing work, so kind too made the whole thing so easy. They came over picked up the rugs insanely dirty and returned it to us 10 times better and all was included in the price! It really helped not having to worry about the hidden fees

Had a wonderful experience with Baran rug cleaning services. They were so professional came and picked up my rug and dropped it off. My Rug had water damage and they said that it might need to be restored however they were able to fix it with just cleaning. I have more rugs and we will definitely be using them more often. Hands down the best money I spend this week cleaning my Persian rugs. At first I was Hesitant and thought I can Just clean it myself to save money. After doing my research I decided to give Baran a call. Mr. Saeed came the same day picked up my rugs and brought them back few days later. Not only they cleaned my rugs so precisely they also fixed the inside leather part. They look brand new. Firouzeh and Saeed went above and beyond. These rugs were very dirty with having dogs in the house. So much hair and so many pee spots. Unbelievable how they cleaned these so good.

I sent 4 carpet for cleaning to Baran only the small one got cleaned all other three was not clean at all and every time I look at them it make me upset for more than $1200 ,I paid them
Beside when I complained to their staff ,I was told I have to bring a Persian carpet seller to confirm my claims which is more than nonsense.
Who can find a carpet seller to come to your home and inspect the carpets. I am so disappointed .I advise no one use their services
