Great service and Rich the owner was very professional and my ducts are clean and my dryer is drying properly again. Highly recommend.

The owner is Richard who does the work himself. He was very prompt and the service was professionally rendered. He was very honest in his pricing and charged me for the minimum service charge because that was all that was needed. No attempt to try to upsell or charge any extras. I highly recommend this business and would use it again.

Called to get a quote and the lady who picked up was so rude and sounded so annoyed. Asked if they have any promos for duct cleaning and her response was “for what” lol. Since calls are recorded someone should really listen to the call and retrain.

Rich was great - very knowledgable about the function dryer ducts serve and could analyze the performance of the dryer pre / post cleaning. Saved me a lot of time and pain assuming the dryer needed replacement. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Trustworthy, on time, did a great job. Cleaned up any dust particles when he was done cleaning out the dryer duct. Was careful with my floor. I will definitely use again in the future.

Dr. Duct was great. Had a 25ft dryer vent run that had 4 clogs in it and about 15lbs of damp lint which was removed. My dryer takes 1/4 the time to finish now and electricity bill has gone way down. Great service!

Very personable and fast!! They arrived as scheduled and in less than an hour had thoroughly cleaned my vent of a pile of gray lint. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I recommend Dr. Duct cleaning company to everyone moving forward.

Thank you Richard, Dryer Cleaning: Excellent service. The dryer exhaust was cleaned out with a collection of possible 30yrs of lint. The build up was causing the dryer to fault and not preform to full compactly! The exhaust now has a clear path with zero obstruction of lint. Tal was amazing to work with! He worked on my birds nest for hours which was impossible to reach. No one else would have had the dedication to get to the bottoms of my dryer problems. Richard was awesome! I called early in the am and he was onsite within 4 hours and fixed the problem. Please get your ducts cleaned! We just bought a new dryer and it wasn’t working until the vent was cleaned.
