Richard was amazing! He found some problems right away and cleaned our dryer duct vents and now my dryer works perfectly ,and I am confident we won’t have a house fire now, we will definitely be calling Dr. Duct cleaning again in the future,

Dr. Duct cleaning did such an amazing job cleaning my dryer vent! Everything was completed in smooth and thorough way! Richard, the technitian called/texted me before to set up an exact time appointment (as I was told when I made a reservation), and he was great to explain, clean, and educate me regarding the cleaning. I totally recommend this company. You won't regret!

This company cleaned my dryer vent today. Couldn’t have been nicer, got a bunch of gunk out, price was similar to what we discussed over the phone, timely & communicative over text. Very nice guy. I used the dryer after & had zero issues. Would use them again and recommend to others. (Also fyi, lint will sprinkle out of the vent during the process and a bit during the first use thereafter. Definitely don’t leave your car below the outside vent during the process as it will get dusty.)

Richard did an excellent job cleaning out the vent. He was extremely friendly and personable. His work quality and customer service were both first class. I would highly recommend him!

Definitely five star for this company. We contacted them yesterday to clean our vent and in about an hour Richard was in front of our house waiting for me to come home. He came in, I showed him the problem and less than an hour our problem was fixed. He did a great amazing job, friendly guy, quick service, competent work. I highly recommend him Thank you Richard. Fantastic service! I witnessed my neighbor cleaning out his dryer exhaust. So I went to check my own and was shocked at the build up. I called Dr. Duct and they were here within 24 hours. The lovely lady on the phone let me know if they had an opening before my scheduled time, they would call and text to check my availability. And they did so, fantastic! Wonderful service and concerned about the cleanliness of my home. Tol was super nice and extremely efficient. I will recommend him and his company to anyone needing his services. 🙂🙂

Since we bought our house 7 years ago in Newport our dryer never really worked well. When we finally bought a new dryer and started getting dryer faults, I knew we had to call a pro. Richard came out exactly on time. Assessed the situation cleaned the vent line. He then went on the roof and discovered that vent line roof cap was completely blocked with old lint. He cleaned it all out and we excited to have a working dryer again. Very efficient work. Thanks Richard.

Dr. Duct Cleaning has affordable prices and provided same day service which made them different to other duct cleaning services. Rich and his team showed their expertise when they took on this difficult project which was to clean out our dryer vent. It was clogged up for many months now. Rich and his team did an awesome job cleaning out the air ducts for the new tenants that were moving in too. They were satisfied with their service.
