I just had my winter heating and air conditioning service appointment today. The technician was on time, and I received a text when he was on his way. The access to my attic is in my closet and in order not to get my clothes dirty he covered everything with plastic sheeting. The technician let me know every step of the way what he would be doing to service the air-conditioning and heating units and was meticulous and very careful to not damage the walls and flooring in my home. I have used this company for years and every service appointment I have ever had has always been exactly as I just described. They installed my air conditioning and heating units initially, and I have never been disappointed with the product or their service. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Klondike Air. Great company with honest employees. 👌 I have them come out every 6 months to make sure the unit is working properly and make any necessary adjustments. Hard to find good companies these days. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Richard was FANTASTIC and so knowledgeable. I think he made some adjustments, including changing the type of filter, that will positively affect the air distribution. I we also truly appreciate your quick response to ironing out the air flow issues we have been experiencing! The customer service of Klondike Air is extremely high all the way around. They are fair in pricing and well run.

Excellent service, Richard very professional and knowledgeable, checked my furnace for upcoming season. He had to climb into attic, cleaned up any debris though I don’t think there was any, and also checked all smoke alarms and changed filter.

Klondike Air was amazing. I had them look at my 20-year-old Air Conditioning unit and they were very clear about the condition and options. The service man was on time, courteous, and helped us understand the issues. We got an email with everything we discussed and the quote. A few months later, we decided to replace our whole unit since it had finally died. Although it took 3 days, the whole team was clean and worked very hard. They cared about doing the job correctly over quickly, which I very much appreciated. We got exactly what they told us and it works perfectly. We are very happy! We also got a small gift from them afterward—so incredibly nice! Couldn’t be happier with our experience with this great company!

Richard tuned up our furnace, and he checked our entire system. He was punctual and thorough. I feel confident that our heating system is safe and efficient.

Richard from Klondike was my tech guy that came and repaired my HVAC unit in
my home. Richard went right to work once I walked him into the house and showed him the HVAC unit. He put down protective cover on the floor area and inspected the unit. He was very knowledgeable about my equipment. Found the faulty component right away. After giving me a price to fix the unit he obtained the new part from his truck and made the repair, ran test operation. Problem solved unit back up and operational once again. I then had him perform inspections of the remaining components and perform needed maintenance. He was very careful to explain everything during the process. From phone call to completion of the entire repair, parts replacement and complete inspection the process took just under two hours, fast and very efficient. Can’t ask for more that. Thank you Klondike and thank you Richard.
