Truly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of servicemen that have ever come to my home. I am a germaphobe and have paranoia around keeping things clean for my small children so I usually do a lot of prep work before someone’s going to come into my house with work boots on, etc.. I did not have to worry about any of that!!! They brought their own front doormat, which was clean and super nice, they used brand new boot covers to walk through my home and even their own drop cloth where they were working. They took time to service all parts of my HVAC system, and even vacuumed the vents and check the temperatures down to the very degree that each system was producing. They went above and beyond to make sure they cleaned up afterwards and even gave my daughter some popsicle pins and stickers. I asked him to write a summary for my landlord for reimbursement for the services, but they had already written it, taken pictures of everything and provided an extensive summary of everything that they observed and did. It was so professional and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this company more! Andrew and his coworkers were amazing. I wish I felt this at ease anytime I needed anything done around the house. Thanks guys!!!

Zach was great!!! He did the service cleanly and efficiently, and even brought in my trash cans when he threw out the old filter. He had some good recommendations for the future. I will be calling Popsicle Air again.

From start to finish my experience has been so positive ! Quote was given ASAP so I was able to make a decision. Upon inspection they found that my unit had rust and mold due to the previous owners negligence . Popsicle air was clean and professional throughout the whole process and didn’t leave a mess. I highly recommend Popsicle Air for all of your HVAC needs, big and small! We wanted to retrofit air conditioning into our older home and completely overhaul the ancient HVAC system. Daniel thoroughly evaluated our property and specified an optimal heat pump system to achieve the results we wanted. Our installation lead Andrew got the job done with a focus on quality and cleanliness. Everything was scheduled quickly and at a fair price. We shopped around a bit and are very glad we went with Popsicle.

Andrew from Popsicle Air was great. He arrived exactly on time for our appointment, explained what he was doing and what was wrong with my system. He wore booties to not track dirt in my home, covered my carpet to keep it clean. Andrew diagnosed my HVAC system issue quickly and supplied me with a quote. I look forward to having him repair my system. Andrew and Gabe were back today to repair my system. It was another great experience. They arrived on time and completed the repair as well as set me up on their Smart Air maintenance program. Again above and beyond service

Andrew showed up on time and ready to help! We had been having some issues and wanted just a general health check of our system, and he was very helpful in pinpointing the problem and providing a solution, as well as education on how to optimize. Ultimately, we likely have to replace but he also gave a straightforward quote and helped us understand our options. Very happy with the service and will be in contact for future upgrades!
