We’ve been using this company for furnace repair and related services in Costa Mesa for several years. During that time, they installed a new furnace, central AC, and a heat pump for our office. We’re very happy with their service and reasonable prices. For our most recent furnace repair, they quickly gave us a quote and made sure to fit us in earlier than expected, knowing the hot weather was coming. The team showed up on time and got our system working fast. I highly recommend them for any furnace or HVAC needs, whether it’s for your home or business.

i received a great deal on a new heat pump installation from this company in costa mesa. the technicians, and , did a fantastic job from start to finish. they kept me updated every day about their progress and made sure i knew exactly what was going on with the project. when they discovered an issue with the existing ac line, they explained the situation and asked for my approval before making any changes to the wall, which i really appreciated. both team members were very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions throughout the installation process. they were also very careful about keeping my home clean, even laying down protective coverings along the pathway to the install area to protect my carpets. the installation took an extra day because of the unexpected complication, but they didn’t charge me any additional fees for the extra time. i was very happy with their professionalism and the quality of their work. i would definitely choose them again for any future hvac needs.

This company is an absolute joke. They sent a technician to my house to do a repair that took 5 minutes. They technician refused to tell me what was wrong in advance and literally grabbed his tools and said he would leave when I asked what was wrong with the AC. I called in and spoke to a supervisor who totally disregarded my concerns and told me I should have called another company. I would suggest you take his advice and contact another AC company.

I called Reliable AC & Heater Repair Costa Mesa for a tune up on my very old heater. Unfortunately, my very old heater had many issues and was unsafe. The tech came and discovered the issues. To be sure he called service manager who also came and confirmed the issues. I was given several options and was able to choose a new heater. They were both very professional. Thank you.

Popsicle Air and their team were extremely professional. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. I ended up signing up for their Perfect Air Membership, and for the price it was an easy decision. It gives me peace of mind knowing my system is being monitored and maintained with regular filter replacements. I would definitely recommend Popsicle Air and already have to anyone needing HVAC work.

Nick was awesome to work with. He showed up on time, was professional, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain what was going on with our system in a way that actually made sense, and I never felt like I was being upsold or pressured.

The work was done efficiently and everything was left clean when he finished. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.

Overall, a great experience, reliable, honest, and high-quality service. I’d definitely recommend asking for Nick if you can.

He arrived during the window they gave. He did the service requested and in a timely manner. He explained some other issues and their solutions and left us to decide if and when we want to do those other things, no pressure.
