I highly recommend Kelly’s Appliance repair and their technician, James Shawgo. I was able to get an appointment right away and James quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven and got it repaired for me. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I also enjoyed my interactions with the office personnel!

Shane came out to fix our KitchenAid dishwasher. It would start but not complete a cycle.
He came in the promised time window,
quickly diagnosed (faulty drain pump) and fixed (removed glass fragment) the dishwasher.
We are very happy.

Technician Sean was professional, courteous and was able to explain exactly what was wrong with our dishwasher. He fixed it in very short order and even adjusted it so the front was flush with the countertop. Thank you Sean and Kelly's Appliances.

They were fantastic. They communicated so extremely efficiently I had multiple people helping me and adjusting timeframes to match my needs. They came right on schedule and fixed things quickly. budget friendly too! :)

We appreciated Kelly's Appliance Center Customer Service, their Scheduling, and their Service. (We needed an Insinkerator Instant Hot Water Dispenser replaced). It is an expensive appliance, but I feel we got our money's worth. Laura in Customer Service was very helpful and exceeded our expectations. Scheduling was easy and they followed through exactly as they said they would. Shane. our Technician, called us ahead of time, was prompt, thorough, efficient, and professional. 5 Stars!

After trying to get several other appliance repair places to actually come out, I finally got a hold of someone at Kelly's. Kelly's actually seemed interested in coming out to fix my problem. I guess there's a lot of appliance repair out there so these other places could care less about coming out unless it's convenient for them.

Shane from Kelly's came out, got right to work, and had our Bosch dishwasher working again in no time...after waiting over 2 months to get any other company out to fix it.

I've saved their contact information because I will definitely use them again!!

Joe did a fantastic job repairing my Kitchenaid refrigerator and was professional, prompt, and personable. The folks I spoke with in the office were equally as good to work with. Will definitely use Kelly’s in the future for any appliance problems that may arise!

This is the second time we've called on Kelly's Appliance Center, first to diagnose our ailing fridge and then to repair our dishwasher. We were impressed by the professionalism of the office staff, quality and friendliness of the technicians, and value for money spent. We will call on Kelly's again when we need to have an appliance serviced.

7 month nightmare with Whirlpool on a warranty claim including multiple visits from their warranty technicians and nothing but run around. Then they sent Dane from Kelly’s Appliance out and 30 minutes later it was fixed!!!! Polite, courteous, knowledgeable and informative they are without reservation the best!

From the extremely friendly, Abby, who answered my call, to the moment Shane showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly, Kelly’s Appliances was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Outstanding company and staff! Joe came out to troubleshoot our broken refrigerator. He quickly was able to diagnose the problem. He informed me that the unit was on its last legs and was not worth the money to fix it. I appreciated is honesty. Great company to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Ricardo suggested we reach out to Porter who came promptly and ready fix the washer and dryer. He was an excellent problem solver and took the machines apart to investigate the wicked sounds it was making. He was here for just under 2 hours and our machines are working perfectly. No wicked sounds anymore! Thank you Kelly appliance center!

My freezer stopped working so I let my property manager know and they sent over Sean to take a look. He was very straightforward and told us we needed a new refrigerator. Super professional and nice. From start to finish would recommend!

Kelly's recently sent Shane to diagnose a problem we have with our Maytag washer. Shane is knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, the Maytag was not repairable for a reasonable fee. He took the time to speak with use about different brands and gave us some ideas on a new washer. We recently purchased a new washer and are thrilled with it's performance. Recently, we noticed when the washer was filling with water, the pipes would make a very loud noise. He suggested we switch out the hoses, we did and now it works perfectly. Thank you Shane! We will continue to use Kelly's and hopefully Shane for any appliance problems. The office staff is efficient and very pleasant. It is refreshing to find a company that is customer oriented. Thank you!

It seemed like everything broke in my house at once. The guys were great and worked hard to keep everything neat and clean as they repaired the stove, the grill, the dryer and the dishwasher. Everything is good as new and I was very pleased with the service.
