Amazing 5/5 - kellys appliance helped me repair the ice maker of the Kitchen aid Refrigerator in my Airbnb Novato, they saved me a ton of money.

Phone, text and email communications were all quick and easy. They tell you when they’re coming and show up on time with a knowledgeable, professional and courteous technician willing to strategize to solve the problem and share his knowledge.

Our technician, Dane listened to us about our freezer issue, asked good questions, tested and spoke to the manufacturer’s technical support during the visit to try various settings and options to address the issue. Far different from the rudeness and indifference of the prior technician from another shop!
We will call Kelly’s for our appliance needs in future.

The best possible experience you could hope for. The phone people are nice, polite and efficient. The technician was the same. They came when they said they would, quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it. This is the third time I’ve used them. Outstanding!

After months of having ongoing issues with my new Bosch dishwasher, I arranged to have Joe from Kelly’s come out to help me fix the problem. He was professional and extremely helpful. He had the Bosch tech support on the line as he arrived and we were able to do the factory reset correctly. I’m confident if this doesn’t fix the issue Joe will bring the module and replace it.

They fixed our washer, which was in a tricky ‘built-in’ enclosure. Replaced the valves. Found the problem immediately Plus they were on time !! Staff is nice too.

Our washing machine was flooding water into the drawer below. We had visitors, and my husband was on his way home from a road trip with tons of dirty laundry. In a panic, I called Kelly's Appliance Center and was told no one could come until the following week. I said I was happy to pay the emergency visit prices. Laura called me back within an hour to say a technician, Porter Anthony, would be here in 15 minutes! I cannot rave enough about Porter. He is a delightful young man, pleasant and knowledgeable, and soon had the problem fixed. I highly recommend Kelly's and give rave reviews for Porter. Kelly's knew what they were doing when they hired him. Thanks to both Laura and Porter!

Technician Shawn was courteous, professional and competent. As these things go, it took a first visit to diagnose, and a second visit to install the parts that needed to be ordered. After he left, everything looked just as it did before he showed up, but the dishwasher worked. Thanks, Shawn!

Have never had the pleasure of working with a better appliance service company. The service scheduler, Laura, did a magnificent job of helping me designate services needed and in scheduling an immediate appointment. James diagnosed & repaired my washer, dryer & dual dishwasher within minutes and provided photos because I need a plumber too. He’s extremely knowledgeable, provided extensive explanation, fixed the washer & dryer and is ordering the dishwasher part, all in one app’t. I’m impressed!

Wow, these guys were great. James walked us through the entire refrigeration system and provided a bunch of money saving DIY tips. Also everyone here is always super friendly.

We had a great experience with Kelly's Appliance Center. Our Samsung gas range was not heating properly so we called Kelly's. The woman in the office explained the estimate & repair process and their rates. She made an appointment for a repair technician to visit us 3 days later, a very quick turnaround.

Communication between scheduling the appointment and the actual appointment was easy, thorough and clear; it was done through text.

Joe, the Kelly's technician, was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He checked out our range, tested a few different parts that could be causing the problem and whittled it down to the igniter. He had the part with him and was able to replace it.

We greatly appreciated Joe's thorough explanations as he worked through the testing and part replacement process. He was very personable and easy to talk with. He listened to and answered all of our questions.

We will definitely recommend Joe and Kelly's Appliance Center and call them in the future.

Bianca from Kelly’s Appliance did a warranty claim service for me today. As far as a warranty claim goes for a washing machine If I could leave more than five stars, I would. Bianca showed up within her service window. Was able to diagnose The issue, had the replacement part on hand, installed the new replacement part tested the unit, and it ran flawlessly all within an hour. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the unit and completed the repair of the cracked hub drive effortlessly. Again, huge shout out to Bianca for knocking this repair out out of the park
