Reviews of local pros in Cotati, California

These guys are amazing. Their attention to detail and kindness are top notch. They made my dream home come true. I’m looking forward to the next work my Fiance wants done so I could call them as they are my go to guys.

Broadhead construction did several projects at my home big and small. They are very organized and talented. The team is tidy, trustworthy, and friendly. I highly recommend Broadhead construction for all your home projects. They do excellent quality work at a fair price.

My home had three significant issues: 1) a water leak that was causing damage to the floors, walls and subbasement; 2) rodent intrusion; and 3) extensive damage to the deck from woodpeckers. The source of all three of these problems was properly diagnosed, transparently explained to us, and fixed in an aesthetic and apparently structurally sound manner. Each and every rodent hole was found and patched- now I don't have rats in my home. The deck boards were removed and replaced with James Hardie siding- the woodpeckers gave up on pecking on my home.

Multiple other contractors have worked on the water leak issue- none properly diagnosed the issue and in fact they provided band aid fixes that did not solve the underlying problem. Those band aid fixes have only cost us more money and stress. Broadhead Construction is the first to truly solve the problem.

With Broadhead Construction, you are getting a contractor who cares and is honest. 100% enthusiastic recommendation.

Seth and his team came in an handled our bathroom remodel flawlessly. The main thing is that these guys communicate super well and do what they say. After dealing with so many flaky contractors over my lifetime, these guys are the exact opposite. Will be my contractor go-to from now on!

Had an amazing experience working with Seth on 2 separate projects (one minor, one major). He helped me with foundational aspects, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, replacing carpet with hardwood floor, and converting a pellet stove to a gas fireplace. It was my first time working with a contractor, and so it was super helpful from him to walk me through the process in a clear and transparent way. He also helped me through some key decisions, and was able to work directly with interior designer on other decisions. I will definitely be giving Seth a call for any future projects!

I'm extremely happy with my kitchen remodel from Broadhead Construction. The team was very professional and punctual. Seth is very personable. He listened to our needs/wants and came up with a beautiful design that was exactly what we wanted. He checked in with me and my husband regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress. We have had contractors in the past who didn't show up the way they promised so it was great to have a team that got things done in a timely matter!

I cannot speak highly enough of Broadhead Construction!

Seth is incredibly organized and thorough. He makes sure the job is done with the highest quality and is exactly what the customer is looking for.

Skyler, who is the main handyman does an expert job and is focused on precision. He made our remodels look exquisite.

They take the time to do the job right the first time, and you will be happy with the results!

Seth and his crew did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel. I was most impressed with their Amazing attention to detail and they were very easy to get along with. They responded to my questions and concerns (which I had plenty since this was my first big project in my new home) quickly and were very thorough in explaining the best way to execute my ideas. Highly recommend to anyone looking to give a fresh look to their space. Thanks Broadhead construction!

Seth and his team came to us from a referral from a high end remodeler in town and I can see why - from beginning to end they put a detailed plan together and strived to execute it flawlessly. Along the way there was a constant line of open communication and any issues were handled with transparency and immediacy. We were aiming for a high end/modern custom remodel on a reasonable budget and that’s exactly what Seth and Co have delivered! We can’t wait to work with them on the next one.

Kevin , was on time and completed the job as promised ,

I had a great experience with this company. Came over promptly, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem. Very friendly and professional, with fair pricing!

Highly professional, knowledgable, with your best interests in mind. Work is done in a timely manner and with top notch quality. Guaranteed satisfaction.

Quick response time and very thorough. Very professional and even labeled each connection for future reference. Something my last contractor did not do. Highly recommend

Kevin Roddan is the best in the business. Decades of electrical experience, including in high end, complicated projects (both residential and commercial). He quickly and affordably came over and fixed a bunch of electrical issues with my ceiling fans. 10/10!

I recently moved into a new apartment in San Francisco and had internet/ wifi issues from the moment I moved in. I contacted Roddan Electrical Services because of the great reviews I was reading online based on his years of experience. Kevin was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away in a very professional way (see photos). Kevin's standards and accuracy are clearly far above the quality of work from others in the city. I will gladly hire him again. 5 star work and service.

We recently bought a home that needed a sump pump put in, and in the process of moving and selling our old home I had spaced getting it done until a week before I needed the outlet installed.

Called around to a few people and either got nobody or left a message with no callback. I got Kevin right away when I called and he said he could help and walked me through the ballpark pricing. We had intended on getting a few estimates just because, but my wife and I liked his rapport and responsiveness so much we just went with him, and are very happy we did!

Kevin even made time to come by and check it out later that afternoon after we initially spoke. It turned out to be quicker and easier than expected and was able to get it done the day before the sump was to be installed

Day of the work Kevin and Eddie showed up on time and did an awesome job. Even had time to check out a couple future projects as well, and give insight.

We’ll be having them back soon and I highly recommend Roddan for all your electrical needs!

They do great work, very affordable and professional.

I highly recommend this company for anything electrical. Had an issue as we were preparing to leave town and they sent Jose out immediately. He discovered frayed wires within the wall causing the issue, which ultimately would’ve led to a fire. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and so very courteous.
They also replaced our sub panel, efficiently and affordably and we wouldn’t use anyone else!

Good knowledgeable people

Would not use this service. Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience and as a side note drivers tailgate you on the freeway.

These are the guys to talk to.
