Reviews of local pros in Cotati, California

Both John and Austin treat us as valuable customers- not a number. This is true of everyone I’ve worked with at Roto-Rooter- both in an emergency or regular service. Many thanks to these awesome people!

Dustin did a great job repairing an issue with the septic system on our property. He was prompt and professional and got the job done within the window he promised. I would definitely call on him again in the future.

John was fantastic. Took care of our clogged toilet. Running excellent now.

Jesse was professional, efficient, and understood my budget and stayed within my means when purchasing a new faucet for me. His work was also professional and looks great.

Austin was amazing!! We had a clogged drain in our stable's wash rack and Austin was a man on a mission to get it resolved. This was not an easy job, to say the least, but Austin's perseverance and tenacity got the job done!

Did great work on a commercial job. Tough drain clog that wouldn’t give up but neither would Jesse. Extremely knowledgeable with practical approach to the problem. Went above and beyond in application of enzymes to the drains to help continue reducing the blockage. Thank you Jesse!

Kitchen sink drain line was solidly clogged so I couldn’t use the sink, DW, or washing machine since they all drained out the one line. Austin worked diligently to unclog the line and then ran a thorough test to make sure the problem was solved. He was a miracle worker to get my 1932 plumbing working again. We will request Austin when we move ahead with putting in a new cold water line. Thank you, Austin!

Austin saved the day recovering my necklace pendant on a Sunday morning that fell into the bathroom sink. We had bought tools and tried everything we could without success - he came in and got the job done quickly and for a fair price. Highly recommend it! Thank you!

Twice now recently Roto Rooter has come to my rescue late at night for work related plumbing emergencies. Both times I called in around 8-9pm for different emergencies and they’ve sent out Austin.

The first time I had a whole apartment complex without hot water. He came out around 9:30 and troubleshooted until 11:30pm! Unfortunately it was an unexpected issue and he needed to get parts. He showed up promptly at 8am the next morning and got it fixed.

The second call was after 9pm for a sewer backup. Austin came out at 11pm after finishing another job. Had us all fixed by midnight and saved us from a bigger crisis. Thank you guys!! So lucky to have someone willing to come out so late and get things fixed!

Eugene from Roto-Rooter was fantastic! He answered an emergency call when our toilet exploded during a birthday celebration. He arrived around 7pm on a Saturday and stayed for over two hours until the problem was fixed. We have a very old home and this was not an easy task. He remained positive, focused and kind throughout his work. My husband and I are grateful that Eugene came that night—he was definitely the hero of the party!

Roto rooter was great. They got in touch with me on a Sunday when my water heater went kaput on me 😢 They schedule a technician to come first thing on Monday. Brendan came in right on time did an assessment and ordered the parts needed. When the parts came in it got all replaced and voila I had a new heater up and running before the end of the week. Brendan was super nice, friendly and did a very neat job. I will call this company from now on if there is anything that needs to be repaired 💯

Root-rooter sent out their guy Austin to clear a blocked main line at our home on a Sunday. What can I say, he was early, super professional, quickly fixed our issue and gave us confidence that the repairs were right. By showing us via camera. Great job!

Austin is a friendly, efficient and experienced professional who quickly diagnosed and repaired our 48-year-old shower. Works better than it did almost a half century ago when the house was new!

Austin was our tech and the whole experience was amazing. The company answered the phone right away, Austin got here an hour sooner than expected, he was extremely friendly, courteous and timely. Cost was VERY reasonable for an emergency call!

Austin came on very short notice. He solved our plugged pipes. Just what we wanted on a weekend. Austin worked fast and efficient. He then tested and retested to make sure that everything was taken care of. He then gave us a 6 month guarantee! He was respectful, interactive, funny, and overall a nice guy, someone RotoRooter should feel very comfortable sending into customers homes.

They rolled in like the marines! Had my sewerline dug up, and new pipe installed in one day. It was a painless an amazing experience. Highly recommend them

I think we're Holiday cursed. As we're prepping, of course weird clogged sink. Having an older home, we get the "put nothing down the disposal" and yet, a clog! Thankfully Roto-rooter to the rescue! Turns out the clog was well into the cast iron pipes, not at the sink. So thankful they were able to come on the weekend and save the Holiday! Appreciate them so much!

We had a super clogged pipe in our wash rack in our barn. Austin showed up timely and worked hard to make sure he could solve the problem. He was honest about what he was doing and how he could possibly solve the problem if what he planned to do wouldn't work. He then got a camera to investigate how the pipe moved and where the blockage was. He even checked the other pipes and helped us figure out where each pipe drains and what it's connected to. I will be asking for Austin in the future because of his diligence and work ethic.

Fantastic and painless experience. I would highly recommend Dustin. He is highly knowledgeable and worked efficiently to resolve our water heater. Thank you

Austin was so helpful with our clogged drain. He snaked the pipe with a camera so we could see the there was a wisteria root causing the problem. He fixed the issue quickly and at a fair price.

Not only was Dustin extremely knowledgeable and efficient, he is a stone cold fox too! Very easy on the eyes. I would sabotage my plumbing any day just to have him come over so I can watch him fix my plumbing.
