The underground pipe for my sprinkler cracked and after trying to hand water a large lawn, I called Dominic at Elite Plumbing. He promptly came over, dug up the pipe and fixed it. I am soooo happy I chose him. The price was fair, and he was wonderful. I will use his services again 👍

Highly recommend this company. Our on-demand water heater stopped working, and Dominic was able to diagnose the potential issues over the phone and showed up with the parts to fix said potential issues. Turned out that the unit was beyond repair, but Dominic was able to get a new unit installed within a couple of hours. He was responsive at very early and late hours, and really went above and beyond. Thank you!

Dominic was amazing! We just moved into our new home and tried to flush the water heater but it was so full, nothing would come out. One company quoted us $3500 to drain and replace it, another quoted $1500, and both stated that they couldn’t even guarantee it could happen. I called Dominic and explained what was happening and he very confidently said he could drain it, and he did! And for only $500! He replaced the small plastic drainage with a heavier duty one and was able to get 20 years worth of built up crud, it looked like kidney stones mixed with sand, it was nuts. And we don’t have to replace it now either! He is confident, assuring, and super knowledgeable, we will definitely be using his company again.

He didn't waste any time "selling" us but rather explained our options/pros/cons and got the job done, and not trying to up-sell us. He is a sole proprietor so we got to work with the expert right away, not be delayed by the protocols of larger companies. You won't be disappointed!

We've used Elite Plumbing Services three times so far, and each experience has been excellent. First, we had our old water heater leaking, and Domonic installed a tankless water heater for us. It's been fantastic -- no more running out of hot water, and it adds a real sense of efficiency and luxury to our home. The second time, we had him do the annual maintenance on the water heater to keep it running smoothly long-term. Most recently, he replaced our water pressure valve regulator.

I was referred to Elite Plumbing by my handyman for an upstairs bathtub leaking into my garage. Dominic responded within 24 hours snd fixed it on the spot for a great price with only minimal drywall cutout. He was very personable and took the time to explain things. He also unclogged a sink at no extra charge. I now have a goto guy for future service, and I would definitely recommend him!

First time using elevated Comfort for HVAC and I was really impressed with the knowledge and skill of the technician who came out his name is Zack Taliaferro. I work in the trades and know a good craftsman when I meet one Elevated Comfort should be thrilled to have Zach on board.
And then the follow up service was the installation of new ducting and Aiden and his partner. Alejandro did a really good job. Nice young man and very capable.

I had Ryan come to give me a quote on a new furnace and adding AC - he was very thorough on the information so I could decide which was best for my needs. I would recommend this company for their thoroughness and professionalism. The office people are so very friendly and accommodating.

Brandon from Elevated Comfort was very thorough and explained everything very well as he inspected our furnace. We were really impressed.

Brandon and the team were amazing. Not only did they show up within two hours of me making a call for help, they solved a problem. Another company had been unable to with much more time.

To top it all off, although they had been coming out as a second opinion, free of charge, when I asked how much I could pay them for fixing the issue on site, they refused payment, saying this one was on them. Truly remarkable. Definitely who I will be reaching out to again in the future.

Zach was able to eventually reach Tech help on the telephone for our heat pump. Repairs would be so expensive we decided we’d probably be better off trying a new (and different) one. 🥹

Our furnace went out and they came by on a Saturday to fix it. Very professional and they even lent us 3 big space heaters to keep the bedrooms warm during the 3 days we didn't have heat. 10/10 would recommend
