Reviews of local pros in Cotati, California

Local family owned, neat workmanship and on time. Perfect price point!

Doug Hulbert and his crew is able, affable, available, and reasonably priced

Very pleasant experience overall from initial meeting to installation. Go Hulbert!

Our furnace went, and we decided to replace instead of fixing. Everyone we worked with were courteous and worked with us.

The most professional, clean, considerate and accommodating as well as the best price!!

Great, fast service and the best price around. I'm thrilled with the new furnace!

The entire Hulbert crew was great to work with - responsive, efficient, on-time, helpful, informative and professional.

Very knowledable, friendly and professional! They answered all our questions and were respectful of our home. They are a great team to work with!

I highly recommend Hulbert Heating & A/C - their bid came in well below other companies. They were very professional and provided top quality service —

Hulbert Heating and Air did a great job on my house they were on time, cleaned up and explained everything I need to know about my new system. Would definitely recommend

Did a wonderful job and were always on time. Kept everything clean and added all the extra items as requested. No surprises and pleasant team. Would recommend them to anyone. The heat pump is super quiet!

Excellent work. Organization and communication throughout the project was superb! The crew is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. So happy with our new system!!

This is the third job I have had done by Doug and his crew. They have once again done a great job. Clean, courteous, professional, prompt. I could go on and on. Definitely keeping that number in my phone.

Total professionals, best price (received multiple quotes), got the job done in a day, installed my nest thermostat for free, great conversation and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend to anyone!

These guys are super-hero rockstars! They were able to squeeze in my job when my furnace completely failed. The crew was responsive and professional and did a quality job, and they left the space probably cleaner than they found it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Hulbert Heating is my go-to HVAC team. They are honest, helpful, accommodating, and perform only high-quality work. This is the kind of local, family-business that we want in our community.

I’ve had a whole-house heat pump and a minisplit installed by Hulbert in the last two years. I have recommended them to neighbors, and have been very pleased with their workmanship, follow-up, and pricing.

I highly recommend Hulbert Heating for heating or AC system maintenance. Kyle provided exceptional service, explaining everything in detail without any upsell, focusing purely on what was necessary. Truly appreciated and highly recommended for reliable and genuine care.

Drew was excellent. He called ahead to tell us he was on his way. When he arrived he was polite, patient and informative, answering all my questions in a helpful manner. He is an outstanding representative of the company. I will certainly call again.

Hulbert Heating did a great job from understanding my HVAC goals to the small details during install. Continued to follow up to make sure all needs were met. Impressive work for a great price, would continue to use in the future.

After having 8 (!) different companies come and check our broken furnace, we finally decided on the last company!
HH&ACI. They were punctual, polite, professional and pretty much perfect! Alliterations aside, we were very impressed by their performance, their unasked-for work on closing up gaps in the foundation (to prevent possible rodent activity). They explained every detail of what they would be doing, as well as showing us how to use the new equipment.
I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a new furnace!
