Reviews of local pros in Cotati, California

Doug and his team just installed our new heat pump (we're now all electric!). They did a superb job. Very efficient, professional, and respectful. We would highly recommend.

As our heating unit gave out as the cold weather set in, Hulbert Heating expedited the replacement of our central heating and air. The employees were courteous and professional.

Doug and his team were fantastic. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC. Some of the highlights of working with Hulbert:
- Doug and his whole crew were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
- Installation was super clean, immaculate even.
- Pricing came in either on par or better than everyone (I had 6 other quotes)
- Worked with me on some change orders and were transparent and provided advice throughout the process
- Quick installation and made sure I was happy with the job before asking for payment
Thanks again!

Doug and his team went out of their way to make sure that our new heat pump and 5 ductless mini-splits blended in with our 1907 farmhouse. We are very happy with the installation and the ongoing service they provide. I would recommend Hulbert Heating & Cooling for any project. Great local business with professional results at a reasonable price!

Communication by Doug, from estimate to a call after installation, was excellent.
Crew was experienced, with its foreman Danny, having 20+ years in the industry. The installation was professional and precise.
We got a perfectly-sized system that will heat and cool our home at a fair price. We’re happy!!

Doug and his team are consummate professionals, and a great bunch of guys. They arrived precisely at the appointed time ready to go, the finished product was a thing of beauty, even though it was only a heater in the garage I would have to say their work compared to the system they removed, was like the difference between couture and ready to wear. Perfect seams, and attention to detail, they didn't leave out any important details and stayed in clear communication with us throughout the process. I know we will get years of use of use out of it (probably out living us) and added to all those plusses it is almost silent! They left the garage spotless and we couldn't be happier.

Hulbert was excellent! A contractor recommended Hulbert and they were a home run. Customer service and scheduling were so helpful and timely, and the installation staff were pros, looking at every detail of our existing system and installing just what we needed to replace our old furnace. No upselling and very fair pricing. So professional and clearly a business with integrity!

Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday evening of a 3-day weekend during a heatwave. Worst timing possible. My husband and I called at least 10 HVAC companies looking for someone who could come out on short notice. Several companies spent 5-10 minutes taking down our information only to tell us they had no availability until mid the next week. Next Day Air & Heating exceeded our expectations.

Not only did they send someone out the next day, but they FaceTimed with us the evening of our initial phone call to walk us through disabling the unit (which was making a banging sound) to prevent further damage. Everyone we worked with from Next Day Air & Heating - Craig, Eric, and Rohan - all truly cared about helping us fix our air conditioner in a timely fashion. They took the time to troubleshoot components my husband and I hadn’t even thought of, they listened to our concerns, and they resolved what ended up being a few issues with our AC unit in a timely fashion.

Next Day Air & Heating really sets the standard for customer service and technical expertise, and I’m so glad they could help us restore a comfortable home environment for our family.

Love these guys! Would definitely recommend! Work is top quality and price is reasonable. Jobs were explained in detail and responded with urgency. Thank you!!

Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional and on time!
Took the time to explain the problem and options to resolve it. Fixed it and thoroughly checked out entire system as well.
Price was a little on the higher end of expectations, but not unreasonable for the prompt and quality service.

Could not be more impressed or appreciative of Next Day Air & Heating! My unit control panel blew power on Saturday and Eric came out with a couple hours. He was incredibly communicative and knowledgeable. It’s clear he is an expert at his craft. Hopefully I don’t have more issues with my HVAC but if I do, I’ll never call anyone else.

Great experience! They were knowledgeable, fair and didn’t try to upsell me. I had a whole new heat and A/C system put in. It was installed within a day of getting the estimate! The install guys were fast and friendly and did a great job. Thanks Next Day!

Their timing to come here and take a look at the problem was good. They called me ahead of time. The service guy was very good. Explained everything in detail with options. I appreciate all the details that he covered.

Needed some one fast after 2 HVAC places flaked. They came out same day! Very thorough and explained everything to me. Super respectful!!

Matt was courteous and very informative. He did the maintenance for our home and make some adjustments and recommendations. Highly recommended.

Next Day went over and beyond what can be expected. When the original service technician got sick, Greg, the owner came out himself to do the install. And they worked tirelessly to get our complicated system working perfectly, even coming out on the week-end. I give them an A++.

Rahan was very knowledgeable and courteous. Luckily there was nothing wrong with my heater, but if there was I would hire them without a hesitation.

The two gentlemen that came out did an amazing job . Joseph Was not worried about just making top dollar off of a job. He did everything in his power to get the unit back running. Highly recommend him and his partner

Rohan is absolutely fabulous. Knowledgeable, friendly, and just a great all-around guy. Super pleased with the service and will definitely be reaching out for future service.

This was my first time using Next Day Air and Heating and the service was excellent! They’re thorough, honest, and took the time to answer all my questions. Joseph was the technician that came to my home and I highly recommend him and Next Day Air and Heating. I plan to only use Next Day Air and Heating for all my future HVAC needs.

This is a fantastic business and I highly recommend them. They did a fabulous job helping me replace my furnace a timely and efficient manner. Thank you.
