Absolute fantastic experience with Elevated Comfort! From the sales consultant, to the installation technicians, to the office staff, everyone was professional and coordinated everything seamlessly. The price for our new, top-of-the-line heat pump was completely reasonable. We're extremely happy with the installed system and the noticeable difference it has made. Highly recommend them for their excellent service and quality work.

Zach T. came out, did a free check up on our furnace & explained the issues that needs to be addressed. He then came back on a different day & completed all the necessary repairs. He was a pleasure to work with.

Super competent, punctual and competitively priced. I've had some terrible experiences with HVAC out in West County and this was very much the opposite. My tech Zach was excellent, took plenty of time to address every concern and was not pushy or a slimy sales guy at all.

The instal guys were great totally repected the space and dogs. Project manager was helpful and great, and they gave the best price and longest 0% interest. We have a new electric furnace, and AC and they also installed a new electric water heater that was actually earthquake and drain safe. Highly recommend.

I was reminded about who to call when my furnace stopped working by seeing one of their work vans on the highway. Once the job was completed, my comfort was indeed elevated! My only complaint is being asked to leave a review five (5) times. I’d prefer to be asked once and only once, when the job is completed — not after the diagnosis appointment, not again before the repair has even begun, not after day one of the repair, but only when the job is done. ✅

Replaced our 20 yr old leaking and cracked heating system and ducting in our residence. Work was done professionally, timely and on budget. Cost was competitive. Ricky And team memes were great to work with. Highly recommend Elevate.

Brandon from Elevated Comfort came out to clean and inspect my heating system. He was very polite and friendly. He took pictures of the significant issues going on in the system. He explained what he saw that needs to be repaired. He then sent me (via email) the pictures and estimates for the repairs. Absolutely NO pressure tactics, which I sincerely appreciate. Everyone I have spoken with there, Sharon, Christina and Brandon have been very friendly and helpful. They are now my “Go to” company for any issues related to my heating system. Locally owned and awesome!

Working with Elevated comfort has been great! From my initial quoting with JP (easily beat the big guys) to the install with Ricky and his team. They were also able to do the install in one day!!! They did a great job and were so easy to work with. I will be using them in the future!

Home furnace went out over night. Called and spoke with Camille at 1020 and she was able to get 2 technicians out within the hour! Mike and TJ were friendly, helpful, and professional. They had the furnace resolved and out the door long before sunset. Thanks again fellas.

Elevated Comfort incorrectly installed a new 2-stage furnace and blower one year ago. After six months, they enabled the 2-stage feature at my request and did not charge me for the blower repair. Today they repaired incorrect gas pressure settings and made the furnace’s status panel easier to read. The furnace now works correctly. This second repair was also free.

Elevated Comfort is a great company. The first time I worked with them was in 2020 when our heater was emitting Carbon monoxide. They can run and replaced our heater in a timely fashion. They were knowledgeable, professional and polite. So much so our neighbors hired them for HVAC work as well.

About a week ago, I noticed insulation coming out of our ducting on the first level. I called elevated comfort and was able to get in a few days later. Upon inspection, they discovered rats and mice had been chewing into our insulation defecating and urinating in the duct work. Yuck! They provided a quote on the spot and gave us several options. They then fit us into their schedule within 3 days… and the day after Thanksgiving! So grateful for their crew. As always, they were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Will hire them again and again, but hopefully next time by choice and not because something’s broke!

Mike from Elevated Comfort provided excellent service in maintaining our heat pump HVAC system. He was methodical in the inspection of all elements of the system, explained the issues he discovered in everyday language, and listened to my concerns and questions. He was a genuine professional.

We had a wonderful experience with Elevated Comfort from day one. We needed a mini split system installed and really had no idea how the process worked. JP walked us through the process and was very prompt and helpful. Daniel and Miquel, our installers, were so courteous and skilled. We felt very comfortable with them in our home. They kept us informed along the way and took exceptional care with the installation. The office was also great and retuned calls promptly. Really appreciate this company and highly recommend!

Elevated Comfort technician August G. arrived as scheduled to address concerns with my home furnace. Communication regarding his arrival was timely and appreciated.
Upon reviewing the issue, it became immediately clear that the non-functioning thermostat required nothing more than two AAA batteries, which I provided. The thermostat worked properly thereafter. He then inspected my five-year-old furnace, found no operational issues, and recommended that the air filter be replaced. I supplied the replacement filter, which he installed without the need for tools.
Despite confirming that no repairs were needed or performed, the technician informed me that I would be charged not only the standard service fee but an additional $140 “repair” fee. When I questioned this charge, he stated that his supervisor required a repair fee on every visit. Charging a repair fee for customer-provided batteries and a simple filter change—neither of which involved tools, parts, or actual repairs—is inappropriate and, in my view, predatory.
As a senior citizen homeowner, I rely on service providers to operate with integrity and transparency. I agreed to the disclosed service fee, but the added repair charge for work that did not occur is unacceptable. I am requesting that the company review this matter and issue a refund of the improper repair fee.

I found Elevated comfort on yelp. The call center answered right away and was extremely helpful with scheduling a same day appointment. I received a follow up phone call within my appt window and was given a better eta of the technician. I then received a text message when the tech was on their way. Scott was the technician that checked out our furnace and thermostat. He explained to me what was wrong and recommended other products and services that would be helpful in the long wrong for the best performance of our furnace. I highly recommend Elevated comfort for your HVAC needs.

Like always, great service. Zach installed everything in a reasonable time, explained everything, helped set up and cleaned after he finished. Elevated Comfort is taking good care of our heating/cooling system. Solid company and I recommend it to everyone.

Their response on followup service calls have been terrific. On time, informative, friendly. I have only good things to say about their technician,with one exception. That's been addressed ,also quickly. Corrections needed were done quickly and most pleasantly.

Called Elevated Comfort today after our furnace stopped working. They were at our house in a couple of hours and had our furnace up and running with an hour. Brandon the service technician was super friendly and very professional. He provided us with different options and explained everything very clearly. Most importantly he got our furnace running and my house warm. He was very upfront and honest about repairs, and cost. We may need a new furnace and Brandon explained that they provide financing and scheduled an appointment for us to discuss our options moving forward. So far I would highly recommend Elevated Comfort.
