Reviews of local pros in Cotati, California

Holy Cow! These Guys Rock! I had massive blowout through almost all my pipes under the house, had to get it all cleared up and even a few feet of pipe replaced due to old pipes. Dustin had it all cleared and pristine by the end of the day! Super quick and efficient with all the know-how. Great service rate too! Very happy with my experience with Dustin and the team back at HQ getting this done ASAP.

Having had root problems in my duplex rental property sewer lateral for years, I finally decided to fully address the problem. It re-appeared this time on a weekend and I had to pay the premium for getting the drain to flow. I had used Santa Rosa Plumbing a few times in the past but this time they were too busy to provide an immediate response. The company I did call was more expensive and I learned the following weekend that they only punched a whole in the clog which allowed a flow but didn't really clear the drain. However, they did take the opportunity to try and sell a major repair. The second weekend Santa Rosa Plumbing came out and actually cleared the drain. By this time, I was pursuing the best possible repair. I had talked to yet another company to fully check options, but Santa Rosa plumbing turned out to have the best solution, with the best price, and performed promptly. Before retiring, I was a contractor and, from my experience, I was able to generate a number of questions. Kevin and Jim both responded with un-egotistical and accurate answers. One response was, "I'm unfamiliar with that possibility-but you may be correct". I was not correct. But I was extremely pleased with his straight talk, and knowledge. I feel fortunate to have them in my rolodex.

Steve and team are great. Reasonable, efficient, and work very cleanly. Could not ask for a better plumber.

Thank you to Santa Rosa Plumbing and their employees Pablo and Nick. They replaced our Hot Water Heater efficiently and it only took 15 minutes! They made sure that all fittings are up to date and working properly. The pricing was competitive. Steve is professional and willing to work with and for you. I highly recommend this company and their team of experts.
Thank you, Santa Rosa Plumbing for a wonderful and positive experience! Jerry and Tina Post.

Dominic has been our plumber for over 10 years, tending to many different needs at our rental property. We initially chose him over the many options within the area because of his fast response, kindness and respect to tenants and us, his creativity in problem solving, and knowledge of both old and new plumbing systems. Consistently Dominic has confirmed our initial impressions of him, and most recently came to our rescue to help with a water heater and plumbing challenge! Thank you Dominic!

Dominic was on time, professional, and made the repairs in less than an hour. I highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate calling Elite Plumbing Services for any future plumbing needs. High-quality work at a fair price. Thanks Elite Plumbing!

Thank you Elite Plumping for coming to the rescue! A plumbing job I thought I could tackle, then soon realized I had bitten off more than I could chew. I panicked and turned to Google and Yelp. I found Elite Plumbing to have fantastic reviews on both sites.

When I called Dominic, the owner answered the phone. I was surprised to get a live person, much less the owner. He said he would be in my area the same afternoon. Dominic said in this case he could actually take care of my plumbing issue the same day!

Not only did Elite Plumbing pick up the ball where I dropped it, but the owner also finished the job within an hour and charged me a fair price.

Dominic did such a great job, I asked for cards to give out to friends and neighbors.

Thank you Elite Plumbing for saving the day!

I checked Google business review before I called Elite Plumbing Services for repairing water leakage at my rental house. Sure enough, they did a thorough and excellent job, exceeding my expectation, and at a pretty reasonable price. I won't hesitate to give them a 5-star rating which they truly deserve!

Dominic is a local small business owner that takes cares of his clients. We have used Elite Plumbing 3 times and were very pleased. Our first job was our main shut off valve in front of our home. It was leaking and we didn't want to waste water. Dominic came out within 24 hrs and was able to do a repair which happened to be an upgrade! Instead of an old turning knob, he welded a new simple lever.

2 years later we needed to upgrade both bathroom toilets and replace both sinks. He was able to fix a small leak that we had in our hallway bathroom due to another plumber installing our last toilet incorrectly. Dominic also upgraded our pipes and water valves in both bathrooms sinks.

The best part was having him go above and beyond. He also installed our two sink counter tops. This was huge for us. We didn't have to call for someone else, wait for an appointment or pay separately. He was able to do it all at once.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Dominic runs his business. I was able to communicate with him via text after hours to accommodate for my hectic schedule. We highly recommend Elite Plumbing!

Hired on a whim to replace a toilet and so glad we found Dominic with Elite Plumbing. Experienced, efficient and so nice! Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Elite Plumbing Services. Dominic is efficient and dependable. He is a straight shooter and gets the job done. I have been really impressed by his professionalism and honesty. I would recommend Dominic and Elite Plumbing Services any day. And he does impeccable work to boot. Can't say enough good things!

Dominic was responsive, and fit me into his schedule quickly. He did great work at a price that was both reasonable and below the competition. He replaced my water regulator quickly and efficiently. If your looking for quotes for plumbing work, definitely make one of your calls to Elite Plumbing.

I’ve used Dominic and Elite Plumbing multiple times. No matter how complicated the job is Dominic will complete all your repairs, correctly and professionally. When he arrives his service van is stocked with supplies. However if a special part is required, as with a job he was working on for me in a older home with old plumbing, he was able to locate and get the needed part, all on the same day. Elite plumbing is professional, honest and reliable. If your looking for a plumber who will get the job done correctly and in a timely manner , Dominic and Elite Plumbing is who you want.

Had a great experience with Elite. Our old water heater started to leak and I called 3 firms. All were good but Dominic beat them on price and personality. He recommended a high quality tankless and had it installed in short order. We are very pleased to have found Elite, they will be our plumber going forward.

I have used Elite Plumbing and Dominic for installing a water heater at my own home and several of my clients have used him (I am a Realtor). The owner, Dominic, is reliable, honest and an expert in his field. He always does his best to fit in urgent jobs quickly and accommodate his clients. Whenever anyone I know has a plumbing issue, Elite Plumbing is the first plumbing company I would recommend, hands down.

Dominic is terrific. It took him no time at all to figure out what the problem was with my bathroom basin and resolve the issue. He is smart, professional, and very reasonable. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!!

Dominic at Elite Plumbing has gotten me out of a bind on two occasions, the last being yesterday, when he cleared a blocked drain that made my kitchen and laundry unusable. I called late in the day, and everything was fixed the next afternoon. Both times the problem was solved right the first time and the response to my call was prompt.

I called Dominic at elite plumbing on Friday to come help install my salon shampoo bowls with multiple failed attempts from others. He came same day and saved the day!! I highly recommend him. He is super nice and got the job done. From now on all my plumbing needs I will go through him and recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much for the help!!

I've been using Elite Plumbing for several years now. Dominic has always been incredibly responsive and thorough as well. I'd also describe him as honest. I live in a large condo complex, and when I saw him and his crew were hired to do a major underground plumbing project, I was thrilled. He found some unexpected issues while working on that project, and was working till late hours and back in the early morning to address them as quickly as possible so that we wouldn't have our water shut off for long.

Dominic was very responsive to my plumbing problems. He does work fast and reliably. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

We had a sudden leak in our 20-year-old hot water heater, and needed a solution quickly. Dominic at Elite Plumbing was the first to return my call, and managed to come and inspect the situation that day. He rearranged his schedule so he could replace it the first thing the next morning. Dominic is knowledgeable, explains everything he needs to do, and honest. When he said I needed to replace the water heater (which I didn’t doubt given its age), he said I could seek a second opinion. He arrived on time and got the job done promptly at a fair price.

I highly recommend Dominic and will call him in the future when I have a plumbing project or emergency.
