Our new air conditioner was installed by Wintri about two years ago, and we were very pleased with the quality of their work. Recently, during a period of heavy rain, we noticed a leak near one corner of an AC vent inside our home. We contacted Zack, the owner, and he promptly sent two technicians to address the issue.

Brian and Mark arrived on time for the scheduled appointment, went up to the roof where the AC unit is located, thoroughly assessed the problem, and did an excellent job resolving the root cause of the leak. Wintri has consistently been reliable, and we highly recommend them for any AC-related services.

Great service! We had several issues with an old HVAC system. Wintri was super responsive and helpful. Zach laid out the options, costs and pros and cons of each. We settled on an affordable fix. I really appreciated the time Zach spent at the house, diagnosing the problem and laying out good options that met our current situation. Definitely going back to Wintri for future service.

My experience with Wintri was great. I found Wintri through Yelp. The response time was within a few minutes. They were able to come out for an inspection the next day. Zach was very knowledgeable, friendly and nice. He gave me his recommendations based on the age of my AC unit. In addition, the company sent a portable AC unit while I waited to have my AC unit replacement. Frank brought the portable AC within a hour which was great. Frank was nice and made sure that I knew how to operate the portable AC. For the AC installment, I have no issues. I am currently enjoying my new AC unit.

I had an issue where our unit wasn’t blowing cold air. I searched for a company, and saw that Wintri had excellent reviews. I reached out to them and they came the same day within a couple hours!!! They figured it out quickly and got it fixed. Our technician was Harley, he was very professional, nice, and courteous. We will definitely be coming back for our HVAC needs. These guys rock!!!! Leo Sanchez was the senior technician who came out to service our malfunctioning air conditioning unit. It turned out that it ultimately was an electrical issue, but he took his time to diagnose it properly and was very thorough. He did a great Job and the bill was very reasonable for the amount of time, knowledge and effort he put into it. I would highly recommend him and Wintri.

Our heater wasn’t working, and we called them to come out and take a look at it. Leo came out the same day, and was very honest, professional, and knowledgeable! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and fixed it on the spot. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the company as he wore booties and cleaned the area after his work.
