I would give 10 stars if I could!!! I cannot say enough good things about this company! Abraham was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. We had 2 people out before we used them. Abraham fixed the problem 2 other companies could not fix and he did it in a VERY reasonable amount of time! Abraham knows his stuff!! I would definitely use this company over and over again and would recommend 100/100! You will not be disappointed! Do not waste your time and money going with another company.

Efficient Incorporated, led by John Lopez, delivered outstanding air conditioning service for our new shop. The team arrived early, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect our products by covering shelves and books before cleaning out the AC ducting, replacing filters, and clearing tubes and exhaust vents. After a thorough job, they removed all protective coverings, swept the floors, and even serviced the rooftop condenser—where John found and fixed a small leak, then refilled and tested the system. The entire process was professional, clean, and courteous—highly recommend John and his team!

I learned about Efficient through another HVAC company that I had worked with for decades but the owner retired. John at Efficient was recommended. I felt any recommendation coming from him was good for me, because he was an honest, solid person who also cared about his employees and developing them. He did not steer me wrong. John is solid in all the same ways. Most recently, I met with Abraham for a maintenance and system check. The evaluation was thorough, complete with pictures, and I knew his recommendations were in my interest to extend the life of my unit rather than a sales pitch related to something not needing to be done. A company will thrive with the type of honesty, customer focus, patience, and integrity of the type I see at Efficient.

Abraham from Efficient Inc. provided outstanding service from start to finish. He gave me a courtesy call when he was nearby and kindly waited a few minutes while I returned home. Upon arrival, he greeted me warmly and thoughtfully put on boot covers—even though I told him it was only necessary upstairs—to ensure he didn’t dirty the floors.

I explained that I had performed a factory reset on our thermostats and couldn’t get the AC to blow cold air. After a quick inspection, Abraham confidently identified the issue. He patiently walked me through each thermostat setting, explaining everything in detail so I understood how it worked. Within minutes, cold air was flowing again, and the relief I felt was incredible.
