Outstanding Service! Miguel, from McLay Services, arrived on time. He worked efficiently, quickly finding the problem and fixing it. He also took the time to answer all my questions. This is the second time I have had excellent service from McLay Services.

I had Ceaser as my tech . He was very professional and knowledgeable very pleasant guy. He showed me a video of the issue I had and the Before and after. I was very happy with his work price was great better the Roto Rooter . I will definitely call them back for future issues. .

They ripped out my old shower and installed a new shower. What a great job. Very happy with their work. All the workers were courteous and diligent in their work. Would definitely use their services again.

Great work. Chad did a wonderful job on our shower head pipe. He explained in detail the issue (broken pipe) and the resolution (cheap, thin plastic pipe to copper). Along with repairing shower handle on the other bathroom.

Archie McLay does NOT honor his work!!! TERRIBLE-NOT TO CODE
Found out the hard way when property was sold and inspected that AC ducting was NOT to code. Archie blamed ME for not getting a permit-I foolishly thought I was dealing with an honest man-WRONG. He refused to fix the problem. Cost me another $1000 to get it done right- DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

UPDATE- After reading my complaint, Tova McLay contacted me. She was very gracious and wanted to make things right. We spoke for a few minutes, she apologized for any miscommunications, and wrote a check for the repairs. I sincerely appreciate the effort made to correct the situation.

McLay Services changed all of the plumbing for my bathroom remodels. They also installed a new state of the art A/C system with duct work last year and are always available when needed, with exceptional friendly staff. They also come through for me with any unexpected emergencies.

This is to just to share my experience with the above company. It is being done without bias. It is also one of the best ways to express my appreciation for the services. I have never seen anything of this kind. This appreciation can be directed to the technician involved in the transaction of this particular. This is my story: my electric water heater was functioning appropriately. A certain plumbing company was referred to me by the water heater manufacture. I had called that particular plumbing company for services. A technician was sent to my home to service the equipment; it so happened that technician did not have any experience with electric heater. He had pointed out the wrong cause for the malfunction to me. Thereafter; that technician had charged me $ 185.00 for the 18 minutes service. Then; I had called "McLay Services, Inc. for assistance. I had presented my problem to the receptionist. She took my phone number' and promised to call me back after contacting one of the technicians. Half-hour later; McLay services had called me back with a possible cause for the malfunction. A technician was sent to may home. His name is "Cameron". He seemed to be very honest and knowledgeable of the appliance in question. After checking all of the components of the electrical heater, he had come with a good cause of the malfunction. He had proceeded to call the manufacture to relay the problem. The manufacture had decided to send the part to my home via express shipment. The part had arrived, I called McLay. The same technician "Cameron" had arrived to install the part for me. Minutes later; the water heater was functioning well as usual. He had made my day. The business world needs more caring and honest technicians like "Cameron". I should have called "McLay Services, Inc. first rather than the other plumbing company. Thanks to the devotion of that particular technician, I am as happy as ever. I do not need to warm up water every time my family needs to bathe.

From now on; McLay Services, Inc. will continue to be my first priority for all plumbing problems. I had learned from " Cameron" that customers' happiness and satisfaction are usually first in accordance with McLay Services' view. I am so happy and satisfied with the company.

I called McLay Services on Saturday at 2 pm on Memorial Day weekend with several questions about our Air Conditioner and a possible installation I was going to be receiving from another company the next day. I did not expect the incredible attention to my call that I received. Talva went above and beyond to answer my questions and ease my concerns. I cannot say enough good things about this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

I highly recommend McLay services. Rick came out today. He fixed my toilet, added a new hose bib and fixed a broken valve in my backyard. He put shoe covers on his shoes to walk in the house. He made sure it was clean when he left and that his was work was to our satisfaction. He was very professional.

I love this company! They have always felt like "family" to us. We have been using their services for several decades and the people are very kind and helpful. They know what they are doing and will do everything they can to fix your problem. We live in an old house (1911) and it requires some intense work at times. They always do it with a smile!!

I've used McLay Services for my home and business and have always been beyond satisfied. Chad has come out and changed a water heater, installed new sink / garbage disposal, fixed toilets, and fixed various leaks. (My next call will be to replace shower head in Master Bathroom!) Chad is always very honest, knowledgeable, articulate, and polite. Prices are fair and I like working with a fellow small business. I've recommend McLay to my parents, other family, and friends and they have also been very happy. Great company!

I would highly recommend McLays Plumbing . I had an in the wall drain line pipe break that would have required replacing a portion of the pipe behind the wall . Mike from McLays figured out a way to repair the existing pipe thereby turning what would have been a relatively major job into a relatively minor one using some inguniety. Using McLays is a real game changer .

McLay services has been our plumbers/ heating/air conditioning service company ever since we moved here over 25 years ago. Every person they send here is skilled, friendly and honest.
We have family members living in another home that needed some plumbing work. Since I have a high regard for McLay Services, I was hoping that they would be willing to go to that home and do all the repairs. Sure enough, Chad and Skyler of McLay met me there!
The job ended up being complicated due to old plumbing that rusted and stuck. Chad and Skyler had to cut metal pipes, deal with removing a rusted and stubborn old faucet fixture and dislodging old valves. Any issues that came up (and there were more than a few), they had specialty tools to tackle them. It really was quite amazing to watch them work. Furthermore, I am so glad that I didn't try to tackle the job on my own. Chad and Skyler cleared two drains, put new valves under the sink, and installed a faucet and drain stop. After 3 hours of hard work by both of them, I was surprised with a very reasonable price. See, that's the thing: for 25 years, McLay has provided phenomenal work for very reasonable costs. This is why I wanted them to service our family member's home. It was so super cool for them to go and meet me there. McLay Services ROCKS!
And Chad and Skyler are Lifesavers! I would have been way in over-my-head had I attempted those repairs myself.

My first contact was when I'd asked them for a second opinion regarding another company's expensive estimate for AC repairs. McLay's estimate was substantially lower, and their work was excellent.
