Zack is a proHVAc manager as well as a kind considerate ,courtesy person. He gave me 10 yrs warranty for labor and manufactures in contract.
Harley is a professional installer, knowing how to solve / fix my problems. I would give him 5 stars for workmanship.

Salvador showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. This was an hvac maintenance. He inspected the units and showed what areas I should be concerned in future & what areas were doing well. I am pleased with the job and will call them again .

Sal, did a great job accessing the problem for my heater not turing on. Two parts were needed and he came back the next day and installed them. A couple days later the heater stopped working, i called Sal and he came over the next day to further diagnose the new problem. It turns out another part went bad because of the other two defective parts. Sal ordered the new part and installed it for a fair price.
I am very happy with the service that Sal and Wintri HVAC provided and I will using them again for serive, and will refer thir company.

Our heat stopped working so we called and scheduled an estimate with the tech, Sal.
Sal was very helpful with identifying the issue and letting us know what needed to be fixed. Very happy with the outcome.

The team at Wintri was great! Zach gave us a really competitive quote and I never felt like he was upselling us. He even told us that some of the services other companies wanted to provide us (upsizing ducts, larger unit) were unnecessary.

The day of installation, unfortunately, his team had some call-outs due to illness. Zach let us know promptly and was flexible about rescheduling, even being willing to bring folks at the end of their day. It made more sense to reschedule for the following week.

When Luis and his teammate showed up, they were on-time, clean, and ready to go right away. They put down covering on my floors to prevent tracking dirt, they worked quickly and surprisingly quietly, and got the new unit installed in about 4 hours.

They left the place as cleaner than they found it, and we're now cooler than we'd been!

We'll be participating in the maintenance program with a heating inspection and maintenance this winter. When we're ready to upgrade/replace that unit, I know who we'll turn to! Highly recommend the team at Wintri!

I was having trouble with my A/C blowing cold air upstairs. Zach arrived and quickly determined the upstairs zone damper was bad. He went and got the new damper and had my unit up and running in no time. He also performed preventative maintenance while he was there and made several recommendations to me to help ensure longevity of my system. Great experience. I opened a project on Yelp, I was asked by a variety of companies to set up a time for a technician to come out, Wintri messaged me and asked more questions (which I appreciate), then they sent a technician. They also did a great job installing the scrubber, and they took care of the warranty paperwork for me.

Zach made the entire ordeal an absolute breeze. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly, he was very understanding and helping. Zach with Wintri made it out around 7pm for a same day AC repair. They were the only company I contacted that were able to set something up same day. Very responsive to texts/inquiries and he had an awesome attitude after what I’m sure was a miserably hot day. Fixed/replaces the two bunk components and the issue was fixed in less than an hour.

Zach T fixed my AC in less than 15 minutes after making his diagnosis on what the issue was. I put my trust in his judgement call for what was wrong and he was correct! Saved me $ by not having to replace the whole unit and had great customer service. The furnace of our home stopped working on Christmas Eve day so I went on Yelp and found Wintri with their great reviews and trusted it.
