I’m a property manager. I found Fused Electric when one of my properties lost power to a portion of the house. This was an urgent situation and they showed up promptly. Since then I know when I call Fused Electric, I can rely on them to show up!

I wanted to enhance my kitchen lighting. Patrick from Fused Electric came in and swiftly installed the under cabinet lighting for me. I am thrilled at how easy this upgrade was. Will definitely use this team for any future electric needs!

I purchased 14 PAR36 LED lamps from Buy Rite Electric for $370.. The brand is Westgate. Our ordered on a Sunday and used their 10% Black Friday code that they had been offering for quite some time. The following day they sent me an email that they were now offering 15% off. My order had not even shipped yet! They (Kevin) refused to do a credit adjustment. In addition, I was charged $20 for shipping. My order was drop shipped directly from Westgate. I found out from Westgate that they were currently running a distributor special for free shipping so it cost Buy Rite nothing to drop ship it to me. Kevin would not credit me the shipping charge either and was very unprofessional and rude in his email correspondence.

Bottomline, Kevin could have credited me the lousy $37.50 and had a customer for life. He should probably learn a little bit about customer relations and marketing if he’s going to run a company.

I needed a replacement fixture, and this was the exact same model. This brand of lighting is hard to find in stores, so I appreciate having Buy Rite as an option. My previous bathroom light lasted 7 years, and the others purchased at the same time are still working well. Buy Rite's selection & service was great, and delivery was smooth. Kudos!

Horrible customer service via email, phone, and chat. Items listed as in stock and same day shipping are, in fact, NOT in stock and do NOT ship the same day as many other reviews have stated. I contacted these people days ago via email, recieved no reply through the weekend. I called Monday morning, spoke to a female employee that said the fulfillment would be later today. Got on the chat hours later and was told it would ship "late this week" with no definitive time frame given. Icing on the cake? They resort to name calling a paying customer. Poor business deserves to be called out! - 0/5 ⭐️'s for this place...

Zero starrs if I could. Ordered a Lutron switch; Charged my CC; received a brief email: '2-3 week lead time'. Proceeded with sending a cancellation email four times with no response. AVOID this business.

Great online experience. I was in need of specific switches and Buy Rite had them at a price that beat their competitors. Yes, I read the reviews, and yes I was skeptical; but I took a chance. In the end, my order was exactly as placed, never had to contact Buy Rite, and my arrived quickly.

So far so good with my Panasonic fan purchase; can’t wait for the contractors to put them in for my remodels. Good price for a high-end model that is not easy to find elsewhere. They are also an authorized Diode LED dealer; looking forward to their quotes and future orders.

I ordered 1 transformer, and it was a good experience. Ordered a second one and it arrived damaged. I notified the company and sent pictures. I was told that it was impossible that it happened in the shipping process, and they blamed it on me! I'm done with these people. Suggest you buy from a reputable seller

I don’t often take the time to submit reviews, but my experience was so bad here I thought I should warn others. I ordered a part for in store pickup. After getting an email that it was ready, I showed up at the store. It seemed like me being there was an inconvenience to the staff who didn’t even acknowledge me. Service was horrible. A guy in the back shouted that I actually need to pick up the part from their supplier in Compton (1 hour away at that time of day). An hour later I got to Compton where the supplier said Buy Rite submitted the wrong part number, and I could not pick up the correct part. Even their supplier doesn’t like working with them because of constant discrepancies. The supplier confirmed that they had the correct part in stock but needed the order from Buy Rite to reference the correct part number. I emailed Buy Rite to procure the correct part, and they insisted both me and the supplier were wrong in a series of unprofessional emails despite me having an invoice from the supplier showing that Buy Rite ordered a different part number than I ordered from them. They refused to order the correct part. Stay away from this place…

Great company. Answered questions and shipped fast and very reasonable.

Process to place an order was smooth. Photos online are not accurate unfortunately; maybe updated photos of light fixtures that are not so pixelated would help. In order to find more information on a light fixture I had to look up other vendors who sold the same thing. Quick response though, that is a huge plus.

Also received bad customer service as others before me have stated. I accidentally ordered the 24v and needed a 12v. I emailed several times inquiring on a return or an exchange and got no response. When I got someone (who is actually supposed to be the CEO) he was very short, borderline rude, and went on a rant about how he doesn’t make much money off the product I purchased and I already paid $15 in shipping so I might as well keep it. Good thing there are other websites that sell this product because I’ll be placing my new order with a different company in hopes for better customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous return policy. 2 weeks and a 35% restocking fee.
