Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS company . So much so that I had to dispute the transaction through my bank. I placed an order, got no confirmation, tried to contact them a million times in all communication routes - emails, phone , and live chat. I only got a bot no real human. Their phone is a non active number. Only after I started a dispute all of a sudden I got a human via email sending the tracking number ! But by that time I already bought the product from another company!!! So I said to them I want to cancel this shipment or return it once arrived and they had the nerve telling me I will have to pay 35% restocking fee plus shipping costs!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Totally shady business.

Stay away from this company!!! I would give them negative stars if I could. I ordered $850 in LED Gimbal lights that were supposed to ship next day and didn't ship for over a week. The lights were the wrong size and when I called to return them, they were extremely rude and told me there would be a 40% restocking fee since it had been 6 weeks since I ordered them and when I agreed, they bumped it to 50% and then said they wouldn't accept the return at all (this is all in 1 email). I contacted the manufacturer of the lights who said they would accept the return but I had to still go through Buy Rite. After several weeks of waiting for Buy Rite to respond, I had the manufacturer call them and they finally refunded 50% of my money. I also ordered 18 goof rings from them, told them the next day that I wanted to return them and they charged me 35% restocking fee. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Very rude people, they take forever to respond forcing you to chase them every day and have ridiculous refund policies. They do not care about customer service at all.

As others have stated here, I never write a review regardless whether it was a positive or negative shopping experience. This was particularly horrible and I see many other people have had issues with this store. I purchased two fire rated boxes for $52 and no longer needed the items prior to shipping. I called to cancel and was told they ordered these items from another vendor and someone would call back. I never received a call and conveniently the next morning the order was marked shipped. I then called back to explain this and was told that it was already shipped and to return it once received. I received the item and then called to return and was told to "just keep it" as they will not cover return shipping, reimburse shipping costs, and also charge a 35% restock fee. I explained this unacceptable and I attempted to cancel before it was even shipped. I then stated I wanted to record the telephone and was told "do whatever you want" and was hung up on. Customer service is horrible here and good luck with your shopping experience if you go with this vendor. There are plenty of competitors and id highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I made a purchase using the online portal but made a slight error... called customer service and the rep fixed my error in about 30 seconds. Whew! I sure appreciated that. Also, Buy Rite had the best price on the item I purchased, of any vendor.

Terrible service, ordered item "in stock" with next day shipment and 10 days later, no part, no tracking number, no response to emails. Avoid.

Don’t do any business with these people. They are happy to take your money and fulfill your order, but god help you if you need any warranty help after the sale. Zero communication- they simply don’t care. You guys suck and I hope your attitude is returned to you tenfold.

Inaccurate website description/picture for an exhaust fan. Tried to call and they told me to send an email. Tried to exchange for the correct model via email and was told to read the description and not look at the picture (fair but rude). 24 hours and 3 emails later, I still have no information on how to complete the exchange. Horrible customer service! Do not buy from this joke of a company.

Buy Right had the part I needed and at a fair price. Shipping was fast and I received exactly what was ordered %100 !

Avoid at all costs. Similar to other reviews, absolute clown show. Items listed as in stock are not actually. Don't waste your time.

Ordered some plates. After 10 days inquired to find out when they would be delivered. I was told they would arrive the next day. The next day I received an email saying my order was being shipped. The items arrived today a full 20 days after ordered when I paid for FedEx ground...if you are on a tight schedule not dependable way to go. I really needed the items and I got them...thus 2 stars.

I found the exact light I needed to replace a track light. It was a reasonable price and delivered quickly. I am completely satisfied.

They started out great but after a few orders, I started noticing a drop in the delivery services. The first few orders were shipped out on time. However, the next few took longer. Now, I have an order that was placed 2 weeks ago and I can't get a shipping confirmation. When I tried to contact them, they tell me it will ship when they get the parts in. Then when I try to cancel the order they tell me that they only have one person that handles the cancelation and he's not there. Then when I call again, he's not in yet. Wait another hour to call back. This goes on many times. I'm still waiting to speak to that person to cancel my order.

Product did not work upon arrival. Emailed buyrite electric twice and received no response. I called march 26th at 11:40 AM and was treated very rude by the gentleman from buy rite electric. told me he has no obligation to accept a return of my product and hung up on me. Do Not Buy from this company. Warning if you buy from this company and your product does not work upon arrival there is no guarantee. very unprofessional and rude customer support. My Order was a Intermatic 365/7 timer for $281.30. Apparently they need the money and are willing to take advantage of their customers.

Great job. Great pricing. Quick order fulfillment by Buy Rite out their back door. The shipping was a little slow getting to Texas, but that's not Buy Rite's fault. Seems to be the trend as late. Five Star's overall! God Bless America!!!

I placed an online order with this company. Took a month to ship with no notice.

I cancelled the order to which they didn’t respond. I did a chargeback with my credit card and the owner has been sending me threatening emails.

Avoid these chumps.
