Buyer beware. Their shipping method is substandard. The box arrived crushed. The merchandise was damaged. I sent email and picture. No response. I sent a follow-up email, and again No response. I called, and their representative claimed it was beyond their return policy. Never acknowledge that I made the claim when it arrived. See the photo judge for yourself. If I were you, buy elsewhere!!

They don’t reply to messages, emails or return phone calls. Rude over the phone and you will never get the money back or an item returned. I have purchased the model S225-bk, but they sent the wrong model S215-br. They behave like scammers do. Be aware!

Tried to add a $35.00 fee after order was completed and paid for. Terrible site, took my credit card info and sent a follow up email requiring the additional funds. Stay away.

0 stars if possible. False advertising on their site. Don't buy based off photos as they are all lies. Wanted me to pay for shipping back saying that I ordered the wrong thing.

I've been an electrician for 30 years , I purchased 91 pieces of 4" led trims from them the first order was for a better quality light , but then they canceled the do to no stock left so they turned me on to another in house led trim that they carry and I asked if they were good and they sayed yes so I went ahead and order 91 pieces from them they came i installed and when I turned on power to this 4000 sf house there were quite a few not working so I reached out to them about non working one and said they could send out the replacement ones for free , so I figured I should purchase a few more because of the issues I was having with them going out , but seems like no matter how many I replace they still keep going out throughout the house , so I reached out to them and told them this and said he will have his manager call me its been a day and half no call from this place atleast when I do work I warranty my labor and parts for up to a year, so it seems like they dont want to up hold there reputation and help honor things like this I would pay the difference for another trim if I had to oh well out money and trims that suck , I will never do bussines with them again also customer will be leaving a bad review to .

Placed an order. Website says will ship next day or I will be notified if back ordered. 4 days later nothing shipped, no back order email. They are not responding to emails. Apparently if I cancel, I have to pay a restocking fee, but can’t cancel because they won’t respond to me. No option but to dispute with my credit card.

The light fixture I was looking for (bullard lawn light with replaceable LED G4 bulb) was extremely hard to find as most are not replaceable anymore; Buy Rite Electric had them in stock - easy to use website to order and reasonable ship cost, quality fixture, very good experience

Buy Rite Electric has been an outstanding place to get everything I need for my projects. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help me find exactly what I'm looking for. I specifically spoke with Kevin, who went above and beyond. Hector is also very helpful. The prices are very competitive, which is the best part of course. I really appreciate how quickly they process orders and how smooth everything is. Overall, i give my highest recommendation.

I’ll never use this company again. I placed an order for a client spec’d pop up outlet and then realized the next day that it wouldn’t work as the desk it was going in wouldn’t be deep enough to hide it. I called and was told they couldn’t cancel the order or change it to a different outlet because it had already shipped. So I ordered another outlet and figured I’d return the first one. At the end of the project I tried to return the original outlet, unopened, and was told they have a strict 2 week return policy. So I’m out over $400 even though I bought a second outlet from them as a replacement.

Customer service and sales were both completely unhelpful and unsympathetic both times I called. Is there a gas leak in the building?? Why do you all seem so apathetic and only respond in one word answers? You just don’t care?
