Manny identified the water pipe issues in the wall with a scanner machine without opening the walls. He gave us a quote quickly and very patiently explained what each item means. He was also super responsive which is so helpful in these projects.

Dean is one of the nicest, most trustworthy guys I know! He goes over and above to help you. He even told me to hold on to his heavy duty humidifier (or whatever it's called) while it was raining - for no charge! He knows what he's talking about and he great at what he does. Thanks Dean!!

Recently we bought a property in San Francisco in which me and my husband invested a lifetime of savings. At the time we bought the house we weren't made aware that the pipe system in the house was quite old. A month after moving in one of the pipes burst and the whole of the first floor was literally flooded with water. It was a total nightmare and we honestly thought that the water damage would be irreversible. Then a friend of ours recommended GCD Restoration to us. To be honest i was skeptical at first but to my surprise from the very beginning they were very professional, friendly and most of all efficient.

I am happy to now say that our house looks like it did before the flood. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending GCD Restoration to anyone who experienced a similar type of problem!

Although I haven’t been in my home while your cleaners were working there, I really think that they did a great job. The place smelled very nice when I came back from work. I cannot remember the last time when my dog’s odor was not the first thing that I smelled when I entered my apartment. I’m really happy that your cleaners managed to remove some of the unpleasant animal smells. They have done a steam cleaning of my upholstery and bedroom carpets but now I seriously consider hiring them for a living room carpet cleaning. The price was definitely not the cheapest one you can find online but I believe it was fair having in mind the good cleaning results. Cheers!

Recently I experienced some serious water damage and needed a company to clean up. I did some serious research and ended up calling GCD Restoration.
I must admit I was surprised at how professionally they handled the situation - my floor was seriously damaged by the water and they've managed to restore it perfectly. You can't even tell that there was water at all.

I have nothing but good things to say about GCD Restoration. My unit was flooded and nearly destroyed after the plumbing in my building stopped working. I called GCD and immediately I was contacted by Dean. When Dean arrived, he assessed the situation and let me know exactly what needed to be done. During the very stressful situation I was juggling phone calls between my landlord and my insurance company which took some time, and Dean was very patient and understanding the whole way through. I did not feel pressured or rushed. Dean did more than clean up the mess, he helped me get through that tough time. That awful incident turned into a positive experience and I can't thank GCD and Dean enough.

Really can't say enough about the outstanding level of customer service, professionalism, and quality of work of this company! We had an undetected leak from our washer that got into the walls and sub-floor and resulted in some mold. These guys were honest and transparent letting me know exactly what they were going to do and the estimated cost. The crew that came to do the work told us step by step what they were doing and explaining the technicalities that came along with the job. Nonetheless we were back to normal in no time, thanks to the help of these guys.

Dean responded to my initial email within 30 minutes and came over to give an estimate the same day. From beginning to end, Dean has been responsive, punctual, friendly, and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and made suggestions about things I did not even think of that would be to my benefit now and, more importantly, beneficial in the future.

I had extensive water damage and black toxic mold due to the unit above me choosing to wrap a towel around a leaking showerhead instead of repairing it many months ago.  It is comforting to know that Dean is proudly confident in his work.  He recommended third-party testing of his work and guaranteed that I would have a mold-free bathroom upon completion of the job.
