Carson was very efficient & did an excellent job. I appreciated that he informed me of spots that he could not remove on my deck roof. He made certain that I was satisfied with his work before he left.

Each time I have called to have my gutters cleaned, Big Wave Windows has come through: quickly, professionally, and with friendly service. My house is not an easy one to clean the gutters. 3 stories and with steep gables. But they make it look easy.

Victor was my Technician and he did an outstanding job! I’m in an older place with some hard to get to windows on the second level and he made it all look easy. I don’t think the windows have ever been this clean. The screens are also so clean that when I first looked out I thought he had forgotten to put them back, but they’re on there.

Big Wave Windows did an amazing job. We had never had our windows professionally cleaned before and it made a huge difference. Victor was our technician, and I would definitely ask for him again. He was detail oriented and the price was truly reasonable. We will continue to use them in the future.

Carson from Big Wave came out to clean our windows yesterday. They had been WAY overdue for a cleaning. We have a lot of large windows and doors in our home. Nothing was too big of a job for Carson. He had a great attitude, was very friendly and professional. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to do everything, by himself - home, skylights, outdoor lanterns and sconces, a gazebo and glass around our BBQ area and deck. I was very impressed and definitely recommend Big Wave.
