We needing someone who was attentive to detail for a weekly clean at our apartment and Los Angeles Clean and Fresh have been great for us over the past 3 months. All the cleaning gets taken care of and if there's anything extra needed we just let them know in advance.

I had been using another house cleaning service for years, but I decided to switch to Los Angeles Clean & Fresh Cleaning Services after I heard about their reputation. Im glad I did because the results were amazing! My house was left sparkling clean and I was truly impressed with the quality of service they provided. This singular woman came to my house and did NOT clean properly. She only uses water and vinegar to disinfect, those are the only TWO things she utilizes to "disinfect" that include areas that need bleach/soap. Did not even use actual cleaning products, thats why its "natural". Also the towels and mops she used in my house were DIRTY she reuses her sponges/ mops / rags. The pictures she uses are from google she never post her actually work just stock images! This is not a real cleaning buisness, just a random person pretending to service you! Alicia Garibaldi left her defication in my toilet without flushing as well, Hire at your own discretion, if you want your house to be FILTHY. If she uses restroom remind her to flush!

I have a very old dog and sometimes he has accidents. When it started to stink up my house, I knew I had to do something. I cleaned the rug with water but it just didn’t work. The yellow stains were still there. Then I remembered Royal Rug Cleaning Service and their promise to fix your rugs if they have pet urine smells and spots. That's when I called them. When I got my rug back, it smelled very clean and I could not see the yellow marks anymore. So happy to have a clean house again. Royal Rug Cleaning Service are the best in Downey!

The communication with the technician was poor and the process and procedures were a bit unprofessional. I’m still waiting to receive my rug and I haven’t gotten any updates.

Charles the technician of Royal Rug Cleaning Service was an awesome service technician. He showed up early and on time to pickup the rug, also delivered it on schedule right after they are done cleaning it.
Informed me of everything he had done and sent pictures as well.
