Ray came in on an emergency toilet and shower drain were clogged.. I had a quote before he came and the other Plumer was trying to bamboozle me with some unnecessary things . so I called ray and he charged me $200 cheaper then the other guy .. Great service, affordable and friendly honest guy..

Ray’s family and his workers tweak all day! They bring crystal to work. I saw him share it with his child and they wear sunglasses for a reason. He avoids confrontation, So they won’t have to look at you. Be warned! they’re not true people. They destroy your house or leave crack there to sell. This services is where he sells crystal and uses his pluming business for his products. He told me he keeps my logs in his black ledger.

Ray Loya is an honest man. Took the time to explain everything to you. Wasn’t all about money, just doing honest work. That’s what I value most. Because he didn’t try to take advantage of me. Was available when other plumbers when I had a backup emergency, came and put his best foot forward. I will be using him for all my plumbing services.

Called Ray over on a late night drainage problem. Was very quick to come and take a look at the problem. Identified the problem quickly and started work on it immediately after. Very professional making sure all the area was protected and cleaned up after done.

It was 10pm was about to shower and found that my shower drain was completely clogged. I called several plumbing services but they all either made excuses or ghosted me, mind you these were open “24 hrs” lol. Then I called ray and this man not only came right away but fixed the problem so efficiently. He brings such a positive and welcoming energy and answers all of your questions. 10/10 would recommend.

My water shut off valve broke leaving my home without any running water. I called Ray-Loya plumbing, Ray immediately came out quoted me a Great price and and fixed the issue. He was fast, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Ray responded quickly when I needed my water heater replaced. He answered all my questions and Monique was quick to set me up with a similar replacement unit. Ray was very thorough to reinstall the new unit and haul away the old one. Fair and reasonable labor pricing.

I would 100% recommend working with Ray. I had a leaky pipe in my downstairs bathroom and was also struggling to have my gas dryer installed. Ray found time for me (at night on his weekend) to come over and take a look. He explained the issue and what needed to be one in a straight forward and honest manner (with no fluff). His pricing was reasonable and we got the job done! Despite it being a late night job, he was great in explaining each step of his repair to me (if I asked). Overall, just a great experience. Very knowledgeable, personable, and amazing customer service. I'm looking forward to the next job.

I contacted Ray Loya Plumbing because my lawn sprinklers needed to be repaired. While discussing the sprinkler repairs, I mentioned that I wanted to have some shrubs planted in my yard. Ray mentioned his background in landscaping and offered to take on the job. He planted shrubs and adjusted the sprinkler in my lawn. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and aims for customer satisfaction. I'll be calling him again for other plumbing services.

Ray is awesome!!! We had a clog in our shower last month that backed up the toilet as well so I was looking for a plumber in the area and found Ray. He recommended what he thought would be best and was upfront on the cost of the repairs. He had to come out several different times to fix issues with our plumbing but was able to get everything fixed and repaired our main drain pipe which was causing most of the issues and haven't had any issues since! We will definitely use his services again in the future.

Ray came in on time and made quick work of a severely backed up drain that was flooding inside the house. He was very insightful as to how to keep the drains clear adding an additional washout so that it would be much easier for someone like me (with limited plumbing skills) to get in there and clear out future blockages. He also came back a few days later to make sure everything was working properly and looked cleaner than when he first came to do the job, he definitely went above and beyond taking the time to do a little landscaping where he had repaired a pipe.

Ray came to my house on an emergency notice even though it was Christmas. he repair a broken Sewer line that had I’ve been having problems for the last couple of months. He explain the process and inform me how long it would take and of course the price was reasonable, so I had him repair the broken line that I couldn’t say no and I had to fix asap with family coming to visit on Christmas Day. I was thankful that repair it at a timely manner. Ray was an awesome businessman and informative with great detail. I highly recommend ray loya plumbing for any plumbing need.
