My business restroom sink was clogged. I called Team Rooter, the technician with very expensive tool , he came in and tried to clear the restroom sink, the popular Teams-Rooter's technician could not get it clear,,,I watched and saw what he did was exactly like my doing previously (I purchased $400 electric rooter snake opener in HomeDepot).

Thus, I called several places,,,some suggested Hydro-jet (this is damn restroom sink's drain, they wanted to use $800/incident Mini hydro jet ...plus possible damage to the drain pipe..)...I am not sure if this technician was playing around he still could not clear the clogging even with hi expensive electric snake tool.

Luckily I was preferred by my landlord to call A-drain Plumbing & Rooter Inc, Adrian sent a technician John, this technician is experience, he could feel where the snake cable going like up down or where being stuck. The problem with this was the snake cable tend to go up (air escape) instead of going down to clear the clogging and that was happened for the previous inexperienced technician. Joh was able to drive the snake cable downward and cleared the clogging in 15 minutes. Thank you very much John and Adrian. You guys are awesome!!

Was expecting more items on display, but it was ok. Better than most places I visited today. Everything displayed is very modern. Wanted something more traditional. They do have it in catalogs but not displayed.

These guys are super well priced, always courteous and extremely helpful. They have selections thst some of the other major supply houses don't stock.

Walked in looking to buy a cast iron sink. Seemed nobody was interested in helping. Went to side desk to where plumbing material is to get help. The gentleman there tried helping but wasn't able to help as he wasn't a salesperson. Waited about 30 minutes before it was apparent I wouldn't get help.

Used the telephone talked to Matt, got what I needed send direct, price was better that big DYI stores. A week later needed a very common part, not available at the big DYI stores until 11/8 GOLDEN WEST had it in stock and price was GREAT. The store is a little out of my neighborhood but I'll use them again when the need arises.

Diana in the main showroom was knowledgeable, very patient, and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. Showed us several options and even customized an item for us.

As other have said, this is the place for knowledge and customer service. I buy there frequently and as with other businesses, once in awhile things aren't perfect. If you want perfect, make an appointment for the showroom and you will receive one on one hospitality and all the time you need. Counter service for parts and supplies is walk-up and take your turn, just like anywhere. You can buy on the phone/ fax /email once you are set up.

When a pipe on top of my water heater suddenly burst and started spraying water everywhere, I quickly turned off the main water valve and called a local plumber for help. Craig was working nearby and let me know he’d come over as soon as he wrapped up his other job. He arrived just a couple of hours later and fixed the water heater pipe in no time. While he was here, I also mentioned a small leak behind my toilet that had been bothering me. Craig took care of that too, even though he had other appointments waiting. I was really impressed with how friendly and professional he was, and I appreciated that he was able to come the same day. The cost was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this plumber to anyone looking for honest, reliable service at a good price.

ruben came by today to check out my plumbing and fix a few things around the house, and the whole experience was really smooth. the company kept me updated about when he'd arrive, and the timing was perfect. ruben was super friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and worked quickly. a little later, micah stopped in to take care of my water heater. i really liked that they send out plumbers who are each great at what they do. i'm happy with the service i received from both ruben and micah.
