businss is all about customer service. this business needs to trian its employees of manners first. one employee parked at my parking space and didn't even consider apologize for his action. the employee started to use foul language and started to make threats toward me. i was scare and worried for my life. i have also called the business and try to ask help to reach the driver but the employee and the call center were unwilling to help.

Payless Plumbing in Downey is just a name. You'll Pay More if you're not careful or gullible. I was quoted $2,200 to replace my less than two year old gas water heater when all I wanted was to drain the sediments from the bottom of the heater. I guess there's no money in doing that🙄

I had to have the whole house re-piped. Replaced the galvanized pipes with copper. Never have I came across such a hardworking and knowledgeable crew! After they were finished you would have never known they were there. Definitely recommend them!
