I'd award Jeffery, Ruben and their team a full 10 stars if I could! I had a notoriously challenging task of replacing my 15-year-old tankless water heater, which was initially installed poorly by a different crew. It was a complete mess, with awkward piping, strange exhaust, protruding gas line, all tucked away in a small area of a compact row house built in 1908 in Downey. They devised an ingenious solution by installing a small wall and relocating the new water heater to this wall, making it fully reachable. They rerouted pipes and gas line, organizing them logically and tucking them away as much as possible. On top of that, they were incredibly quick to respond. They used drop cloths, cleaned up after themselves and removed all trash. Truly, their work was exceptional!

craig and Jeffery were friendly, meticulous, and dedicated to their work, but there was a slight issue. They accidentally left a bit of insulation and some screws in the drain pan in our attic. However, they were quick to return to Downey and clean up the mishap. Apart from that, they were safety-conscious, wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers when they entered our home. Overall, their plumbing service was commendable.

great focus on the customer! the senior plumber, cory, was extremely skilled and knew all about plumbing and water heaters. he's got years of practice under his belt. he patiently explained the functioning of the systems and diagnosed the problem in the most economical manner. he wrapped up his work pretty fast. he even answered a quick question i had later on. fantastic job and knowledge. i would recommend him and parker & sons plumbing & water heaters company. double thumbs up!
