Ray was at my house hours after I first phoned him. He quickly diagnosed all three of my plumbing problems and they were all taken care of within days. His pricing was reasonable. He is very friendly.

I have used the service of alot of plumbers,but NON of them is on Ray's LEVEL,
Not only is he fun to talk to the QUALITY of his work and CLEANLINESS is next LEVEL,he worked like he owns the Job(quality parts).
Not finis your work and you have worry about it braking.
Ray IS ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL OF SKILL.
WILL CALL HIM ANYDAY,TO HANDLE ALL PLUMBING ISSUES.

Ray is an amazing plumber and a true professional! He’s incredibly kind and did an outstanding job. He took the time to explain the entire process and was extremely patient with me, even though I can be a bit picky. Help! No hot water!!! Our 15 yr old water heater could give no more and went to water heater heaven. I shopped around looking for a plumber that could take care of the problem pronto. This was an emergency. I think everyone who calls a plumber feels the same way about their predicament and any good plumber is super busy. It's because of this that Ray did his best to squeeze me in. I had to wait a bit, but when he called on me, my problem was solved. Ray was friendly and FAST. Monique, his business assistant/partner/overall guru was very responsive. She was terrific sending me all the information I needed to make my repairs go smoothly. I highly recommend Ray for all your plumbing needs.

Ray did a late night house call for me after my son threw his toys down the drain and flushed one. He was so kind and informative. His prices are unbeatable! I will be calling him for all of my future issues.

Hired Ray for a small job to install water lines in my garage for a washer dryer. Connect from existing lines 2feet away and install a drain. He said it would take 2 days but it lasted 5 1/2 days. He was at my house till 3 am on the final day. Insanity. The work was subpar and messy. 2 weeks later the pipes leaked and he refused to fix it. Ignored my calls and texts. I had to pay another plumber to fix his sloppy work and the leak. I also overpaid Ray accidentally $200 and he did not return the overpayment. I was not going to leave a bad review till he ignored the leak at my house and didn’t come to fix his mistakes. I was fooled by the positive reviews. Beware.

In response to Loya Plumbing’s comments, I would like to clarify several points.

First, they were given an opportunity to repair the leak. As shown in the text message screenshots I previously posted, I reached out to them multiple times by both phone and text. They did not respond to any of those communications, and they have not contacted me at any point since then, which has now been nearly two years. A complete lack of response constitutes a refusal to address the issue.

Second, the leak in the ADU that required them to work until 3 a.m. occurred when Ray attempted to tie into the existing plumbing. He caused the leak during that process, so naturally it was his responsibility to repair it. Situations like this can happen in plumbing work. I understand that because I work in the industry myself and would have completed the project on my own if I had not been recovering from surgery at the time. Additionally, this was not a situation involving deteriorated or inaccessible piping. The plumbing was copper, and approximately ninety percent of it was exposed and easily accessible. Compared to jobs that require opening walls or working underneath a house, this was relatively straightforward.

Third, it is concerning that Ray Loya Plumbing found the time to respond publicly to my review with inaccurate statements rather than respond to my repeated phone calls and text messages. A direct conversation could have resolved this matter, but that effort was never made on their part.

When our water pipeline burst in the evening, we were in a panic, as most plumbers don’t offer after-hours service. Ray from Ray Loyas Plumbing Service proved to be an exception! He promptly arrived at our home and worked diligently until 1 a.m. to fix the issue. Not only did he go above and beyond by coming out so late, but his prices were incredibly reasonable and unbeatable. Ray’s professionalism, dedication, and fair pricing make him the go-to plumber for any emergency. Thank you, Ray, for saving the day!

I’m incredibly happy with the Ray Loya skills and professionalism! Ray assessed the issue with gas leaked efficiently, and their expertise was evident as he fixed the problem and verified that everything was right,and not only did he resolve the issue, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and offered valuable tips to prevent future occurrences. Ray came as an emergency service and worked until the late night until the the leak was repaired. He had to dig our front yard but made sure it was exactly what it looked like before he dug up the dirt. Did a great job and I would highly recommend Ray to anyone. I now have a dependable plumber that I will use in the future.

I contacted Ray today for a backed up line around 10 am and he was at my house by 11 am to assess the issue I had. He fixed the issue in no time and was very professional. He even cleaned up the whole bathroom after he was done. Very clean job. Also gave me a 30 day warranty to call him if anything happened just in case. Great value!

We called ray for some Sunday emergency work where we had to fix a broken line. We called several plumbers with most not available. Came out accessed and informed us of the work that needed to be done under the house. Work was done in a timely fashion. Thanks ray for helping us out.

I am a very satisfied customer. Ray went above and beyond of what was expected. I Had issues with pump, it was clogged and so dirty. He came and cleaned it all up, got it up and running again. He even cleaned my backyard. Very nice person and he explained thoroughly all the work and gave good advice on plumbing. Quality work for a reasonable price! We will definitely be calling him again for our plumbing needs. Thank you.

Needed a plumber for a few issues we had and thank God we found Ray on Google. We had contacted several other plumbing companies but found them to be on the pricer side.

Ray Loya is a super nice guy. Needed some plumbing work at my elderly mothers home, work that wasn't handled correctly by another plumbing company a few days prior. Ray showed up to the job in a very timely manner and fixed the ongoing leak under her house. We needed help with our plumbing and Ray was able to show up for two jobs in less than a month within 24 hours each time. He was thorough and got our sink unclogged, faucet changed, and shower diverter repaired. He was courteous and didn’t stop working until the problem was resolved, even when it took multiple trips. He was also available after hours to complete the job.
