Very fast, Jeff did prompt service very fair on the pricing and extremely knowledgeable the technicians who arrived what they were doing right away, then cleaned up and got everything complete

My senior citizen client needed to have her home repipped and had called several plumbing companies and Gareth was able to get her a good deal . They also made her feel comfortable and got the job done in 2 days. she was impressed on their job

I have not had any plumbing services done from this company actually but I had encountered one of their cars on the 405 freeway to the 605 on 2/6/25 around 5pm in the afternoon. He had road rage and driving recklessly and erratically. I would check the drivers cam footage if possible. Based of their driving would definitely not want any services from this company.

I called Payless 4 Plumbing on a Saturday for a last-minute job, and they delivered above and beyond expectations. I needed to replace 6 sink shut-off valves to continue with house renovations, and they were able to send someone out same-day. The technician was punctual, courteous, and worked quickly to get everything done right. Really appreciated the fast response and excellent service on such short notice. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional, rude, and I can go on. Got the pleasure of getting a call from a female receptionist who said it was “so rude and awful of us not to return her call”. Who would wanna call you back when you were trying to charge us an additional fee to turn off our water? This company tried to charge us 175 to install a simple Fossett . If you’re looking for a good price with friendly service do yourself a favor and go with Repipe1.

This is the third time Hagens let me down. Each time it has been an emergency call that they told one person they were taking care of, and then canceling behind the scenes. Then laughing at me when I asked them to explain what happened.

I would normally only leave a 5 star review for my vendors, or ignore them, but this is outrageous and costly/dangerous. Use someone else if you want to get an emergency handled.
