Gustavo stays on top of things and run a good operation at the Downey branch,however the Ferguson phone answering system leaves a lot to be desired.

Been here a few times to the Downey location, Robert has helped us and is always friendly and very knowledgeable. We're replacing some fixtures in a bathroom and we had some questions. We placed our order and items were shipped to us. Robert called us immediately when he found out there was a back order on 1 item. We were okay with that since installation is not scheduled till first weekend in August. Today we went in for a part we needed for another shower head we ordered online for another bathroom. A part we couldn't find at Home Depot, Robert and his associate was able to take the small part from the old shower head. Save us the cost of buying a new piece, but more importantly I think it's a piece that may be very hard to find. It's a double end female screw that connects to the flange. We installed out shower system in 2006, so the shower head lasted 13 years. We found a replacement elsewhere on Ebay since that particular shower head does is no longer produced by Kohler. Our next project is a water heater and definitely going back here again and would recommend this place to everyone.

Gustavo is the best he takes care of me so well. On the other hand today I got the worst customer service that I was about to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I wont take my business somewhere else is because of Gustavo and how he has treated me. Gustavo even remembered my last name and what I ordered. Ferguson better thank Gustavo for saving them customer/business. Sergio should go thru a customer service training course in my opinion. As a business owner myself I would never allow my employees to treat any customer as I was treated especially after spending thousands of dollars with ferguson in the past.

Inconvenient and expensive. Almost twice as much than Home Depot.

I called to check if they have the item I am looking for in stock and they answered the phone and didn’t say anything just placed me on hold I waited 3 minutes before I gave up and hung up. Customer service is awful.
