Elaina Machado has helped me deal with my adjustor and has helped me get a home to stay in while my home is habitable. She has gone far and beyond for us as we were unable to get a hold of our adjustor. She is professional and returned my calls in a timely manner. Elaina is a life saver!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It really eased the stress of having to deal with the water damage. I appreciated how well and quickly everything was taken care of. From the first phone call to the last handshake, I felt confident that the problem would be resolved in a timely and professional manner.

My home was recently affected by water damage caused by my water heater cracking and than pouring out in my living room. Servpro was to come down a fix it within a reasonable amount of time and done with great service. While I do hope i don't have water damage again , the professional services given to me by this company will definalty have my patronage again!

Ana Meléndez, Project Manager at Servpro, was God-sent to me at a time where I was feeling lost and overwhelmed with everything related to the repair of my house. She, not only was patient enough to explain me the whole process step-by-step but was there from the get-go supporting me and answering all pertinent questions. She was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. What a great liaison between her company’s vision of professionalism and providing customer service second to none.

First out was Steve Klein to inspect damage and determine scope of work. The demo and clean up crew led by Jesse Perez and Carlos Funez came out and made short work of the demo and clean up. Everyone was professional and left the premises in good order. I am waiting for the construction group to contact to repair the damage and will update this review then.

Steve and his team came in and helped us out with a leak we had in our basement and were super responsive and moved things around to be able to respond to our call even sooner. Great communication and great work will definitely use them again and recommend other to do so as well. Thank you team!

Doug from Servpro has been such a pleasure to work with. He has made pur lives easier when navigating through our water damage repairs to dealing with Travelers insurance claims. Before Doug and his team came along we were just in disarray of how to move forward with everything and he completely took the initiative to help in every way. I got home water flooding and damage as of 02/22/22 and contacted Mercury Home Insurance right away and Servpro we’re contacted and responded ASAP.
They helped and assisted me accordingly all throughout until this time.
Ms Holly Singleton as the project manager/coordinator assigned to my case had been very thorough and goes beyond her duty to make sure I got most necessary assistance and been calling also Mercury Home Insurance for all much needed assistance while going thru’ this hard time process as I deal with my home repairs and getting assistance from my home insurance company.
Ms. Holly been so helpful and always responded accordingly every time I got issues/concerns regarding my home water damage and she’s all been willing to assist me and in touched with Mercury Insurance for all much needed help.
Also to mention Ms.Maria and all other employees who all came and helped me although out been the greatest, kind and helpful @ all times. I’m not able to remember all their names but I want to thank you all and without you guys I know I can’t just do it all alone. So all my shout out for the best and great job you all guys did!

Carl n Diego are awesome. They know their stuff. My wife and I were happy n reduced a lot of the anxiety we had for several months. We appreciate and are glad we found competent people. Prior to meeting Diego and talking to Carl, many people and so call experts said we had mold. Well, Diego declared and stated we didn't. We had discoloration. Plus our water leak was not from our unit. It was our neighbors wall who has washer and dryer connected and water backed up n ended spilling onto our storage room. I would highly recommend Servpro in Downey as Diego and Carl are very professional and explain thoroughly the inspection. My wife and I are glad we met them. Thank you Diego and Carl.
