I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the Servpro team during the water mitigation process in my kitchen. Jonathan Hammond and Juan Carlos were particularly helpful, demonstrating extensive knowledge and effectively explaining each step of the process. Their expertise and professionalism were greatly valued.

Home water damage is never fun but the crew at Servpro made it as easy and painless as possible. Their quick response and daily follow through was essential in getting the dry down done in just days. Jonathan, Julian and Manny were polite, professional and reassuring.

Servpro handled my home remediation from an accidental fire sprinkler which was set off and released over 500 gallons of water in my home. Julian A, Jonathan H, Kevin L and MJ where excellent to work with. Handled all my items with care and my home during prep for remediation. They where meticulous in ensuring the moisture was removed and after t was done, they left my home very clean and put me in a great spot for the next step. Adriana was the manager in charge of my project and was very good at communicating all the steps. I am so grateful to have such professionals to work with! Highly recommend!

12/2025 Vicente Cruz & Julian Argueta with ServPro of Downey came out to my mom's house in Tustin to put back her furniture after her water leak was repaired. They were very professional and nice. There were a group of 5 of them.
It was sprinkling and they brought booties so as not to get her new carpet dirty. They worked hard & had a good atitude. They took away a few small pieces of furniture since they had room in their truck.
I would not hesitate using this hard working group of guys again.
The furniture they moved back was heavy & awkward.

I had Servpro come out and help with a water leak, recommended by my insurance. They’ve been absolutely wonderful to work with: responsive, empathetic, efficient, and responsible. Jonathan and his team started the work today and I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and how personable they are. He made sure I was well informed, took care of my home as if it was his own, and got all the equipment set up before locking up for me. Very happy with everything so far. Highly recommend.
