We hired Dan Salmond roofing to replace our worn out roof. His demo crew did a good job tearing off old roof, cover and protecting plants, then hauled everything away and cleaned up well around the property. Then he and his roof installing crew did a great job with the installation of shingles on one side of our roof and torched on the other. He also put a torched roof on our detached flat roof garage. We have very little space between roof and inside ceiling, no insulation and he suggested a roof underlay paper, and lighter shingles that would reflect heat better. Dan is very good communicating in a timely fashion. He takes time to explain things, and he’s a really nice person. When done he and the crew again cleaned up everything and hauled it away. It has rained all night into today, we have no leaks!

Hired Salmond Construction to do some worker that was time sensitive. Danny and his team stepped up and started work ASAP and worked over the weekend ensuring everything done not only on time but ahead is schedule and not cutting any corners ensuring quality work.

Salmond Construction did a great job cleaning up our dry and neglected deck, sanding, replacing boards, and sealing the large two-story deck and stairs. They were response, timely and capable. I’d be happy to use their services again.

I called McMillin Contracting to take a look at some problem light fixtures and switches I had in the garage, they took one look at it and knew exactly what to do. Our condo was completely remodeled by McMillin Contracting Services and it turned out amazing! They were completely on time with their scheduling and getting the job done in a timely manner. The kitchen got all new countertops, cabinets, and all new laminate flooring through out the entire house. They updated the bathrooms with new countertops and refinished the showers/bathtubs. To top it off they gave the entire place an amazing new look by updating the walls with new paint. We are overly satisfied with the professionalism and craftsmanship from the entire McMillin team.

McMillin Contracting did a great job for us in removing an unsightly trellis and backfilling and unused spa, turning the area into a nice, open space that looks great now. The lead for the job, Mike, was very good to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to get the job done. What a fantastic company to work with. Patrick Sr. came to our home and gave us an estimate to rebuild our balcony. A couple of weeks later his team arrived with all of the supplies and finished the work in just a few days. Wonderful people to work with from the father and son who run the company to the crew that tackled our balcony project. We couldn't be happier with the results.
