I was so worried and they explained everything to me very clearly so I could understand the process. I highly recommend them!!

My bathtub was leaking from second floor thru the kitchen ceiling on Easter night. Called Emergency Plumbers and David showed up right away to help me with the situation. He was friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through all the steps of what he was doing and what should happen next. He also called the additional vendors I needed to help dry and repair the situation. I appreciate him and his team for helping me through my first plumbing leak which was quite scary. Lorena is very calming and assuring which gained my confidence right away. Carlos arrived on time, is professional, friendly AND only charged us for the emergency fee. No charge for fixing the issue which perhaps for him was a simple one, but something we could not have done ourselves. Grateful to have found this company!! Highly recommend!

Awesome job done by San Diego Emergency plumbing. I got the quote in less than an hour for installing the faucet and shower head, the price was less by 20% than most of the quotes I received. The assistant Lorena was very cordial and very helpful in setting up an appointment as quickly as possible. Carlos the plumber came on time, he did some additional work with the shower head at no additional cost and completed the job in two hours. Carlos was professional and the quality of work was exceptional. I would recommend this plumber any time.

Extremely disappointed. I was in a desperate emergency plumbing situation after hours (This particular service call was around 7:30pm on a Friday. I paid $150 service call before he arrived which I understand because it is after hour regular business hours. But then I felt pinned up against a wall and price gauged to pay over $700 for a snaking job. I asked for a little consideration. I could get the pipes hydro jetted by a different plumbing company for $400 and to have to pay $625 + $150 service call (no the service call amount does not go toward the rest of the job) felt like price gauging and taking advantage of a desperate situation. I told the tech I had to call the property owner to get approval for that. After inspecting the situation to see where clean outs were, he waited for probably 20 minutes before leaving. Apparently, His boss told him to leave because I didn’t have an answer yet. I didn’t even get a courtesy phone call saying he was leaving, just left. I’m disappointed and I called this particular company because they had 5 stars on Yelp. I wish I had known better.

San Diego Emergency Plumbing and Leak Detection were quick with a rapid response. I first contacted them a 12:22 pm and they fixed my Plumbing issue at 2:00 pm. They gave an emergency plumbing service for a non emergency plumbing issue. I definitely recommend them to any customer who is looking for a quick response and a guaranteed satisfaction. Good Plumbing Company! Keep up the good work!

Eduardo showed up and was amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly even when all the kids wanted to see. He definitely earned the company more business.

If you have a leak, Hansel is your man. We had a leak and they helped us find it and troubleshoot it. Great company, definitely give them a call if you have a leak inside or outside your home!

Eduardo did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to help fix a problem with my hot water heater. I have work with this company many times now and they are always very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues whether it’s an emergency or routine.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They were super communicative about price and what it would take to fix a gas leak to my bar b que. We ended up capping the line. It was great working with David and Tommy who got the work done fast. Hansel was kind enough to drop by the next day to ensure everything was done right. I was quoted way higher pricing by other plumbers, but a lot of it wasn’t needed. Call these guys first!
