Todd showed up within an hour of my call (arrived early), found the problem and got to work. He had it cleared and done in about 30 minutes. Great work.

He came to fix a clogged drain and had it unclogged in about five minutes! (The day before I had an appointment with Roto Rooter and they never showed up. Independents ARE more reliable.)

Great Service! Bill Howe Wish's he knew how. A-1 Plumbing came in and new how to clear our pipes and even fixed a bad repair job from Bill Howe from 4 years ago!

Todd came out on a Sunday night at 9pm to take care of a clog in my main sewar line! Man I had a Full House with 3 clogged toilets but Todd came through with a Royal Flush! He not only fixed my clogged drains but he also diagnosed where the problem is and recommended a solution to prevent future issues. The owner, Todd, has done several plumbing jobs for us over the past ten years. This week, he did the most extensive job of the ones he’s done for us: replace 16 shutoff valves, all new no-burst hoses for the valves, and a new water heater. As with all previous work for us, he was upfront on pricing, made sure to only buy the highest quality replacement parts, was very clean in all areas he worked and exceeded our expectations. Once done replacing the parts, he thoroughly verified that there were no leaks on any connector and double checked his work. We highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs, large or small.

We had an issue with our bathroom sink and thought all the pipes needed to be replaced. Todd came out, on a Saturday, and said that wasn't necessary. He replaced a small part and now its working again. So thankful that he made such a quick, easy fix.

Todd was amazing, he answered the phone after 10 PM, came out first thing in the morning to fix an issue with our tenants. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again for all of our plumbing and needs.

Todd was super responsive and had someone out to our property within an hour. John was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful as well, had the situation resolved very quickly. Didn’t try to upsell us or make the situation bigger than it needed to be which is always appreciated. Will definitely be our go-to guys from now on.

Tommy came on a Sunday afternoon to install a toilet that was taken out yesterday to install a bathroom floor. He was extremely professional, extremely helpful telling me and my husband what is going on because we had a little leak I recommend him with five stars.

First of all I want to thank Carlos and Lorena for the excellent customer service, great communication throughout. And great work. Carlos is very knowledgeable and save us from having to change the plumbing from the bathroom and kitchen, as we thought one of the pipes was broken when it started to leak, after Carlos inspected the plumbing with the camera he found out the problem was not a broken pipe but overflow a vent. Excellent work i will definitely be recommending san diego emergency plumbing & Leak Detection.
