I would have given 5 stars! Only reason for lowering the rating is because the delays incurred (multiple reasons -,approvals etc) to get the repair work done. Work done was good. Thank you

They initially were great, showed up on time and everything, however without notifying us, the pricing went up almost $250 more! They should have authorized with us first.

I had plumbing services come out today to hydrojet my sewer line, and I’m very happy with the experience. The pricing was fair, and the technicians were extremely friendly and professional. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, explained what they were doing, and answered all my questions. It’s always great working with a company that’s honest and transparent. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Todd the Plumber was great! He came within minutes of my call and worked after hours and during the holiday. Very professional and reasonably priced!

My favorite plumber! He is smart, honest and experienced. Not a scammer like other companies! Todd gets the work done quickly and effectively. We have used him 2 or 3 times for clogged drains.

Called ASI to fixed plumbing issue. Seemed like they only wanted to put profits over people. After five days without working plumbing, either they couldn't figure out what to do or they wanted to find other things to jack up the price. Called Todd at A 1 plumbing and he was able to fix our issue within two and a half hours. Thank you Todd

Our HOA finances have literally been saved by Todd! Our building was constructed so poorly, the contractor was sent to prison. The plumbing was completely illegal and we had constant problems. Had we not found Todd, we would have been forced to raise our dues to cover the cost of the plumbing repairs. Todd charges us half of what other plumbers quote us and he does an amazing job. We have recommended Todd to lots of folks and they always fall over themselves thanking us for the recommendation. Call Todd!

Great fast friendly service. They came out right away, did a thorough job jetting the drain lines. He thoroughly explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and things to do to help prevent this issue in the future.

A1 was responsive and timely. The price was less than 1/2 the cost of other reputable plumbers in the area. He looked at my entire kitchen plumbing set up, not just the disposal, which is the reason I had called. He fixed a clog from my dishwasher with no extra charge. He gave suggestions as to where and how to place a 30 gallon water heater vs mixer. As a side note, when my puppy escaped, he even helped me catch her! I definitely recommend A1 for plumbing needs.

We had a emergency after hours(6pm) and Todd was more than helpful, came out within the hour and worked all night (until around 11:30 pm) to finish the job! THANK YOU for all of your hard work Todd, we would definitely recommend/ use this buisness in the future.He also has very affordable prices.

Todd showed up on the weekend short noticed and diagnosed my issue. Did me a solid and told me what I could do for the time being so he wouldn’t have to charge me the weekend after hours rate.PRO.
He returned the following day as agreed upon, in and out in less than an hour with issue resolved.

Had Todd come to clear what we thought was just a plugged drain. Todd came and found it was a much larger problem. Found our old pipes were literally closed with black gunk and a hole about the size of a pencil eraser in which water was trying to drain through. This was on a Friday. Pipes had to be replaced. Todd spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday working on it. We didn't even ask what it would cost, as we've used Todd several times before and he was always fair. The work needed to be done, no matter what and we totally trust him. When the job was completed we were very pleased with the price. Worth every dollar....

Very fast response. Todd used extremely long scope to find problem in my sewer system, because of age of the house he had to access it from the roof. Todd was not made aware of that going into job, but takled it like it we no problem. He isolated the issue and marked were the problem was and discussed my options. He did not try to push any type of solution on me, and recommended I get other bids before moving forward further.

Never showed up!

Very disappointed that Todd never showed up to the appointment. He was supposed to arrive at 12:30 PM, on Sunday (7/9/22) to diagnose a leaking pipe in my garage. When the clock hit 12:35, I called to get an ETA . Todd told me he was on his way. I waited, then the clock hit 1:00 PM and he still hadn't shown up, so I called again. He told me he was working on another repair and would get to me in an hour. I reminded him that he had confirmed an appointment with me at 12:30 PM at which point he simply repeated that I would have to wait an hour. I was frustrated that he had told me he was on his way when he clearly wasn't. I decided I could not keep waiting on him, so I called somebody else instead.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to confirm an appointment with a client and not show up.

Todd was able to come and fix 3 sink drains and a shower that wasn’t draining on the same day I called him. The shower was being difficult but he was able to solve the issue by getting on the roof and snaking down the vent. Will use him for any other issues we have

We had an issue with our ONLY bathtub drain & I was looking for same-day emergency service, all other companies told me they’d be able to send someone out by the following week. I couldn’t wait so I found A-1 & Todd showed up a couple of hours later, completed the service within 10mins!! Very friendly & professional! Highly recommend:)
