Great job last night, now if I could only get you to call me back to finish the job.

They showed up quickly for an emergency inspection at my condo unit. They were professional, thorough and informative.

Hansel & David provided great service and fixed our water leak in front of our house that other plumbers not able to find or even tried.

Technician was very informative, explained everything well.

Carlos did great work and was very informative and pleasant to have working in our house. Great attention to detail and did not mind all of my curious inquiries about the work being done.

$625 for a “leak test” that wound up just being looking at whether my water meter dial was moving. No way I would have agreed if this was disclosed in advance.

Lorena and Carlos are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. Can't thank them enough for their professionalism. Will recommend this company to anyone who needs quality plumbing.

I had a difficult plumbing situation involving old pipes and non-standard, questionable at best work another plumber did who knows how long ago. These guys were unfailingly polite and professional as they navigated this problem, and I am 100% satisfied with the work they did.

Lorena was patient, kind, and helpful dealing with me in a panic and scheduling a plumber to come out. She sent Carlos, who I can’t say enough good things about. The guy is like a detective figuring plumbing issues out. We are first time homeowners, and these will be our people for plumbing issues from now on. They have my absolute trust.

We had a shower leak. SD Emergency Plumbing & Leak Detection came out to our home asap to fix the issue during a stressful time!! Hansle & his technician are professional & knowledgeable. Thx guys for doing a great job!

Had an emergency, and they came after hours when “24/7” plumbers (including large companies) said it would be the following morning. Great communication and nice to work with. Fixed a water main leak.

I called San Diego plumbing and leak detection regarding a potential slab leak in our home. I explained the situation that our slab was damp and they let me know the costs for leak detection plus an additional $225 to come out on the weekend. Not a problem we wanted the leak detected.

They came out promptly, however after the technician was at our home he stated he couldn’t do the leak detection, referred us to another leak detection company and let us know they would be charging 225 for the visit. Nothing was detected or solved.

I understand we all need to make money and charge for services but I felt like it was a bait and switch visit as nothing was resolved, solved or looked at. If the company can’t accommodate certain services that should be explained upfront not after. Especially since they advertise as a leak detection company.

Lorena and Carlos were amazing. The bathroom at my mothers was having all sorts of issues and we had previously had another plumber come by and they didn’t properly address the root issue. Lorena ensured that I knew generally how much the work would cost and what additional fees I would be responsible for. Carlos arrived on time and throughly explained things to my mom and dad. All is fixed and we havent had any issues since. we’ll make sure to call Lorena and Carlos should we need anything in the future.

I’ll also add that Carlos was recommended by name by my aunt who also had work done.

I called the direct phone and Lorena had Carlos come at my home within the hour to check for a leak I had no idea how to find. He took his time through each room in my house until he find two separate leaks, one he fixed on the spot and one he had to come the next day. I was very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. If I could give Lorena and Carlos ten stars I would. Thank you guys you’re the best.
