I went to Home Depot and Lowe's and neither were able to help me. I dropped by here and one of the employees (thank you Greg!) immediately understood the issue and was able to help me in less than five minutes! Wonderful place!

They always seem to find whatever I need. My house is filled with old appliances and fixtures. Bought an awesome retro looking wall-mounted sink. They are a great, local family business. I definitely recommend Kirk Plumbing Supply, especially for hard-to-find parts.

I, like others was sent here from that big box store. Try to have an idea what you want/need before you head in. They are not a free plumbing trade school for DIYers, but are very helpful if you can tell them what you are trying to accomplish/fix. And they will have the part you want, or can get it quickly.

Kirk Plumbing is such a great small family-owned Plumbing shop. They carry all the high-quality valves and accessories. When you finally realize that the Chinese Home Depot stuff hardly works you will start buying things from Kirk. Every time we have some sort of Plumbing situation I replace it with a part from Kirk, and I was there again at 10 a.m. fixing another broken valve that was only 7 years old from Home Depot. Thanks guys! Super friendly and helpful. When we did our remodel years ago we purchased a cast iron bathtub from them that we all still love.

This is the best plumbing supply place around. Not only can you find parts not available elsewhere but the level of knowledge and service is OUTSTANDING! Plus they are patient with guys like me who use words like thingamajig and doodad to describe what they need. That said, I have been there probably a hundred times and actually look forward to my visits. For the most part, prices are comparable to big box stores though some are a bit higher, but the level of knowledge you get is well worth it. I have nothing but good things to say about Kirk's.

This place was great. The employee that helped me was super friendly and clearly new the trade well. I came in needing a special fitting that turned out to be not up to code and he couldn't sell me anything that would fit it. Instead he helped me get the appropriate parts and gave me suggestions for what to do. He knew exactly what I needed from just glancing at a picture I took! I will definitely be back for any other plumbing needs.

Very helpful and friendly. I needed new handles for my shower but since they are the originals from 1972 it’s difficult to find two handles that aren’t the old white or clear plastic style from the 70’s. Another plumbing supply store suggested I contact Valley Industrial and I’m glad they did! They had a couple of options and everything I needed was in stock. Definitely recommend giving them a try next time you need any plumbing supplies!

Greg & Mike at Valley Industrial supplies. Give me the biggest solid ever as a handyman and contractor. I had been trying all day to get there before 4:30 PM when they close but when you’re a handyman jobs often times take longer than expected. Thanks to rush-hour traffic it took me almost 50 minutes to get there. I wasn’t gonna be able to make it until nearly 5 PM and the manager Greg offered to wait around for me so I could get my supplies that I needed for a job the next day, Saturday when they are not open. I’ve been here for many years but to get a good review you gotta go above and beyond. That is exactly what Greg did for me. Above and beyond. Much appreciated guys! Thank you for being so cool and about your word. In this business, it’s a rarity and Valley Industrial Specialties is top-notch. Somebody deserves a raise. His name is Greg. 💯

This is a great convenient spot that you can get in and out of quickly. They have a great inventory and are very knowledgeable.

Excellent service. My kitchen faucet sprayer was leaking and the O rings I got from Lowes did not have the right size even through it was a 14 piece variety pack. Took the sprayer part off and brought the O ring from the hose and sprayer in and he tried different sizes that he had. But said it needed a slightly smaller one and he could have it there the next morning. Came back and the new size worked. Got an extra one for the hose. Came home put the new O ring on the hose and connected the sprayer back together. No more leaking where the hose goes into the sprayer. Very thankful and grateful that he went the extra effort to make sure I got the right size.

A bathroom faucet that squeaked while turning needed repair. I contacted this plumbing service to check it. The technician replaced a worn internal component. The faucet now operates smoothly.
