We had backed up drains that need the hydro jet. EDGAR was amazing and even stayed until 11pm to try and fix our problem. The next day he was back and stayed with it until it was cleared. He was very professional, courteous and tenacious so we didnt have to go to a hotel. Edgar went above and beyond!

We called Mega Rooter for an urgent fix to a clogged kitchen sink drain in our condo. Other plumbing companies either wouldn't fix our issue due to the drain pipe construction (copper p-trap, no plug) or wanted to charge a lot more for a similar repair. Edgar came by within an hour of calling and was professional, efficient, and considerate. He did exactly what was needed, recommended a longer term solution for our consideration, and took the initiative to fix another leak he noticed under the sink. All around excellent service!

Larry and his Mega Rooter crew did a phenomenal job with our kitchen drain issues. (Clogged drain, hole in vent pipe). BRETT was outstanding and went above and beyond to save our custom cabinets. Personal service at its finest!! Highly recommend!

Had a pretty bad leak under the slab. My home was built in the 1950's. A plumber from another company wanted to destroy my wood floors and break my concrete wall to repair. Gave me big-time anxiety just thinking about the destruction!
Louie, from Mega Rooter, explained to me step by step how he would re-pipe to fix the leak. He assured me he would not have to destroy my floors or walls. He gave me back my sanity! I no longer have to worry about under the slab leaks. He was quick, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I will recommend Mega Rooter to my friends. Thank you Louie!

Awesome service from Edgar and the team at Mega Rooter. They showed up bright and early on Monday AM, ready to tackle our massive kitchen sink clog. Started with the snake, when that didn’t work they used the hydro jet and camera to get it done. Thanks again guys, will definitely keep you on our vendor contact list.

Not a positive experience.

Collins Plumbing pickup tailgated me down the freeway, passed me and gave me the finger.

Well I've not personally used Collins before but if Grady Lynch works there, and he does, that company is over the top! Years of pro experience and knowledge. Nobody better in SD county.

Top notch professionals that really know their business, you won't find service like this at the big box stores.

Very knowledgeable. Suggested the water-tite gasket wax ring which is best stuff that I needed. Highly recommend!

They had everything I needed and my list was long. Mark took great care of me! Place was organized and spotless as well.

Do NOT use this company. I’ve posted this review multiple times and somehow they continue to have my review removed. The manager knows nothing, the staff is horribly rude, and their products are mediocre at best. Save your money and time and shop somewhere else.

The staff is very knowledgeable. If you need something not at there store, you will have it the next day.Deliveries are within range of their time allotted. Good group. Highly recommended!

For every company its representatives are its face of its company- the reason we consumers keep coming back. When one bad egg does one bad act it makes most customers cringe to have to use a company. I had absolutely the opposite experience- the reason I will keep coming back is your amazing staff member Jason!!!

We had a frustrating afternoon trying to find a part & showed up at closing time (4pm on a Friday)
I used to be a rep for a vendor company for many years & am very familiar with this company and the great plumbing supplies and service they offer.

Now have our own plumbing company & are able to buy our supplies from them. Bill Blevans has always been a great manager- A very stand up guy.

Recently We needed a part and were in the area & stopped by. They were locking up &leaving - Jason not only re-opened the doors & gave exceptional service- he helped me make sure I had the right part & gave me a great price ($10 less than Home Depot)

I had such a hard time getting service at home depot and Jason immediately had this hard to find Kohler part & gave me service 100 times better than any other supply house.

Jason was extremely kind, understanding, hospitable and knew his parts.

In a world where customer service has gone out the window- with rude people every where- Jason was a HUGE breath of fresh air.
He immediately jumped to help get the part and was super kind and honest.
Jason You are the Best!!!

One small mention we were bummed to see you close so early at 4pm- most Emergency calls come in at later afternoon hours - if Jason had not been so amazingly awesome and not been the average punch out at 3:59 pm (not after 4 closing time) we would have taken at least 3 hours in traffic for this part. Hoping more supply houses stay open past
Or around 5pm. Just a small suggestion.

We were rushing at closing time and Jason was AMAZING. He helped us immediately and stayed late to get us the Kohler part. He was knowledgeable and kind, he gave us service even though they were closed and locking up. Jason is the kind of employee every business needs. He showed hospitality and was honest and did not get upset that he was supposed to be leaving. We love Standard but guys like Jason are the reason Standard gets our business.
