I was originally scheduled for 10:00am -10:15am appointment and by 10:25am I didn't get a status update on my service call so I needed to follow up with them to make sure I was their schedule, it would have been nice to get a call to let me know they are running behind.

By 11:25am Hector showed up, he was nice and professional. He cleared up our shower drain in no time and was tidy while doing it. Luis also assisted with my draining issues and he too was pleasant. They allowed me to watch them work and we all even had nice conversations.

I will use them again for other issues that may come up.

Absolutely the biggest scam company in plumbing. No matter what these guys will RIP YOU OFF! Stay as far away from them as far as you can. I have never seen such a bait and switch rip off operation like these scammers. You have been warned

We had our sewer back up into the shower on the Saturday after Christmas. They estimated it would be about 4 hours before they could get here, but they were at my house within the hour. Miguel quickly found the issue and resolved it that same evening. He was able to use a camera to find it and showed me what was wrong. I was very happy with his professionalism, courtesy, and speed of service. Thank you Mega Rooter and Miguel!

Luis came out late tonight, in the dark, and helped us unclog our sewage line. He was super helpful and professional, and also fixed everything! Showed us the video of roots in our line, but also shared that the rest of the pipe up until that point had already been replaced. Overall, a great experience!

One of your drivers almost hit us in the hummer they went over the divider and came into the opposite lane cuz they were impatient to wait for the turn lane to get into the Walmart grocery parking lot came onto the opposite side of traffic going the wrong way

We had a drainage problem - drain in front of our garage was clogged threatening to flood garage. Louie figured out the problem and with help from Andres, they fixed it. They had to cut out part of our driveway promising they could put it back together and it would look just as it did before - that's just what they did. I am so grateful for the dedication to solving the issue once and for all. Louie and Andres are friendly, professional, and skilled. I am glad we called them!

Edgar did a fantastic plumbing job on my bathtub pipes. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. I would hire him again.

May 2021, we had paid for a drain line repair with a 10yr warranty paid more than 8,000. With continuous plumbing issues not knowing it was the work we paid for until March of 2025 with a video camera telling us our issues of a poor connection .I have called and left emails of invoice numbers/claims several times for them to evaluate our concerns, and I do not want a voided contract due to another company having to come out for services. Of possible who did what to what. I would never suggest this company to anyone.

I am a retired attorney. In 40 years of practice I have heard thousands of stories in divorces and criminal cases. I read about mega Rooter on the Internet. I originally made an appointment with Louis To fix up my plugged kitchen sink. I decided to read the reviews on him. 50% were good and 50% were bad. It was a Saturday during the day. I decided not to take a chance and canceled my appointment with Louis. I made an appointment with another plumbing company, but it would not be until Monday. About three hours later Louis called me and offered to stop over and take a look at the problem. Of course, I was skeptical. In 20 minutes Louis not only fixed the problem, but took apart the plumbing under the sink and fixed it expertly. In conversation with Louis I found out that the bad reviews were of some employees of Louis Not of Louis himself. These bad Apple employees are no longer with Louis. I re-read the reviews and they matched Louis account and his explanations. He is a true, plumbing expert. He had all the necessary and the newest equipment to take care of my problem. Well, of course, you can never be sure of anything in this world, but I am sure that Louis and his company are truthful, honorable, and highly skilled. I hope I never have this problem again, but for sure, I will call Louis. Judge for yourself.

These plumbers are the best you will find. They came in and diagnosed the problem. They helped contact insurance and anyone else they need to get the claim submitted. Luis the son is very knowledgeable and has great customer service as well as the other workers. I love these plumbers so much I'm sending them to my mom's house. Thank you everyone, Luis the father, Luis the son and the crew, you guys are amazing.
