I am so happy I called Roto Rooter! Brett came in and cleared my bathtub drain with no problem. He gave me a great price which made me happy, because I’m always afraid plumbers will be too expensive. Brett was very nice and good natured. My day is made. We have our shower back!

After using two other companies the didn’t solve the problem, I called Roto rooter they took care of the clog-cleaned out my line and then epoxied the line to prevent further problems. I was very happy with guys and service

Very satisfied with the prompt and professional service received. Cost of service provided on site, not over the phone ($250 to run snake about 30 feet to unclog old kitchen pipe). Since I did not get other estimates, not really sure if it was a reasonable deal, but it was quick, convenient and plumber was polite and helpful.

Jovany took care of our toilet leak. He was quick to the scene, I had called earlier that day and he arrived same day in 2 hours. He investigated the situation, was very clear in his approach and communication, and what might've been a huge issue turned out to be much smaller thanks to his expertise. He fixed the leak quickly and provided excellent customer service. I trust Roto Rooter and Jovany and will go to him every time! Thank you!

Pricey for a clog in our main line. Jeff however was great! A very nice man. He did a thorough job and even allowed me to unclog a pipe myself which would’ve cost another $140.00 to $240.00 had he done it for me. :) grateful for the opportunity to save some money. I would definitily recommend this company in any emergency plumbing situation.

Happy with the service. Requested a quote via Angie's List online and received a phone call within 15 minutes to set up a same day no obligation appointment. The rep showed up about an hour later ( I was given a 3 to 4 hour window) and after about two minutes of reviewing the issue the rep gave me an upfront quote. While I suspect the cost was higher than if I shopped around a bit (maybe not) the services was quick and efficient. Rep was professional and wasted no time getting to work. Will use them again although I hope I won't have to anytime soon. :)

Very professional from the start. I’m always skeptical of repair places for obvious reasons. But Roto Rooter and their team were honest, thorough, and fair throughout the process. Alex was especially knowledgeable, caring and professional. He identified the problem and had me going quickly.

Do not go with this company. I have dealt with them twice now and the first time in 2012 was ok because the guy was compassionate about my situation. Just recently, I had the same issue as 2012 (clogged main sewer) and the technician tried to take advantage of my situation. I told him how long my clean out to the city line was and he said he didn't have that much snake. I asked why he wasn't informed from dispatch because I had already explained that. Anyway, he said it will take another drum and he can have another truck drop one off. However, the price will go up. I said I know, it will add another $50 so we're looking at maybe $200? He told me $750. I laughed so hard I started crying and shook his hand and told him good luck. I also told him I will report him for price gouging. I had this same experience with company 2 years ago but I felt I needed to leave a review this time. I had my drain cleaned out by a good name company after he left for $120. Don't waste your time with these crooks. Rescue is very similar to these guys as well. I think they all contract their own jobs.

Felipe was one of the best technicians I have ever worked with. He was kind and took the time to explain all the possible senecios with me. He took his time and never made me feel like I needed to rush to make a decision. I really appreciate everything he did for us today. Will use this technician again.

Brett came out on Friday, quoted me, and did the job on Monday. Was very professional, fast, and efficient. Fixed our issue within a few hours.

The office is also fantastic, I called a few times and Sydney or Victoria would check-in and return my call within a few minutes which is unheard of for most places these days.

Fabian was my plumber. He is professional, efficient and knowledgeable! Took him short time to solve the problem, and he explained well how that happened. On top of that, Roto-Rooter offer 10% off military discount, as well as 120 days warranty for their service. I highly recommend it!

Wow. The fine gentleman at Roto-Rooter really impressed my wife and I with their customer service, professionalism and technical skill. We were in a rough place after our main line backed up late in the evening leaving us without usable bathrooms, kitchen etc. After calling two other places to get emergency service only to be denied due to availability or because they did not service our area (Alpine), Roto-Rooter was at our house in an hour. Brett showed up at our house and left us with a warm and fuzzy feeling with his attitude, determination and genuine interest in helping us out. After a valiant effort that night, the clog could just not be reached. Brett assured us he would call in reinforcements (Tony) and early the next day they sent a camera down the vent on my roof and they finally unclogged the main line. We are very grateful and highly recommend their services.

@ what I wanted done. Quoted me a price. I had an hand held shower wand installed. Had to have it professionally installed due to living in & apt. They clean neat. Fair price. Covid protected. I highly recommend..

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter! Jeffery White was the service technician who came out to our home, he was absolutely great he was a sweetheart and was great at explaining exactly what needed to be done and took care of everything in a timely manner as well as cleaned up and made sure that I was satisfied with the job done. I highly recommend him and this company thank you guys again you will be our go to plumbing company from now on!

Fabian took lots of time to make sure our drain was clear. Great service and extremely nice guy. Super hard worker. We made a call and he was at our door on Labor Day weekend in 20 minutes! The dispatcher was kind enough to tell us about their website for a discount code. Give him a raise!!!

James was very friendly, scheduled us within the hour. The tech that came out was also very friendly and knowledgeable, he had the repair done within the hour, at a much more reasonable rate than I had anticipated.
I am both happy and relieved I called.

They were early -- which was wonderful as it was a Saturday afternoon/evening with non-working toilets (3). My tech was polite, kept me informed, fixed the issue and cleaned up. It took 2 hours, but he was great. Roto-Rooter is the only company I will use AND recommend!
