We had a leaking supply line in our front yard. Our plumber Mario was knowledgeable and professional in repairing it. He also identified the need for a new shut off valve at the meter. We were we were happy to get these repairs done in one dayand would use Pride Plumbing again in the future.

Mario came by and replaced washer hose bibs for incoming new washer. Old ones were 26 years old. Easy fix but hired Pride in case pipe inside wall broke during install. Mario had a great attitude and answered my numerous questions. Waiting on quote for additional work on clean out and drain.

Pride plumbing is great. They have excellent customer service and quality work. This is the second time I have used them for help with my plumbing in my small condo. I highly recommend them and I trust their work . Added bonus, they have never tried to upsell.

Two clean, courteous men were on time. They were equipped well and had a needed part in their truck. I didn’t recall if they wore distinct uniforms.
One problem was fixed? However, the problem, a leaking flapper valve, returned.

A plan and estimate for replacement of 70 year old shower mixers has not appeared as promised.

While I have not used their plumbing service. I will say that driving alongside one of their vans this morning on the highway was easy. Specifically van number seven traveling west on the eight. The driver showed patience and composure in extremely aggressive traffic, this is wildly important so thank you to that driver and good job pride for having intelligent individuals operate your vehicles.

I called in the morning and got a same day appointment. Plus the.Company called and ask if I was available for an earlier appointment. That was wonderful for me. Service was done timely. Damien was friendly and knowledgeable. Took pictures under the sink to show me what was done. We have used the company in the past for a washer and dryer and again a five star rating for the Service done today on the disposal . This company, hires, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional workers. It’s a pleasure to do business with them.

I have used Pride Plumbing on a couple very different plumbing issues. Both experiences were stellar. Both representatives were knowledgeable, polite, helped me understand the problem, and then of course fixed the issue. Dealing with the office was easy and one of my issues was an emergency; they came right out to help. From beginning to end this company cares about their clients and their integrity in the business. I appreciate this business and highly recommend their service.

The receptionist Brittney was very kind and sent out Dennis who was at our home within an hour of calling. Dennis was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The BEST contractor experience I’ve ever had. Eddie was an obvious expert at his profession and very personable. He explained the problem, provided options on what he could do to fix it, and provided specific pros & cons on each option.

Very pleasant, professional technician who was not able to do the job. Needed help carrying equipment. Needed to be told which clean outs to use. Could not finish the job because he over-tightened the cable and had it spring out of the cage. What he was able to do was helpful but did not completely clear all drains. He declared he could do no more and we sent him on his way before he might hurt himself. I expect much better from this company.

We called around 8pm needing our toilet unclogged. Even though they said it was about a 3hr wait, we were ok with the wait time. Lo and behold they sent a guy out only an hour later and he got the job done quickly & at a reasonable price. Thanks! We'll definitely be calling you again if need be!

Daniel was incredibly professional and did a fantastic job on my Grandparents plumbing issue. They were fast to dispatch, and took care of the issue without any additional headaches.

I would have gave them a 5 but it took a while for the first technician to figure out what the issue was. Once the second technician came, everything went quick and smooth. Jeff was a very friendly and respectful guy, but to be open, His knowledge was lacking a little and it caused a bit of frustration until the other guys showed up.
Other than that, the job was completed and everything is working great again!

Had a large clog deep in the main drain involving 4 apartments. Jesus worked hard to clear and now drain is flowing smoothly. I was pleased and charged a very reasonable price. Technicians were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them.

I found Roto Rooter to be the company I would recommend to anyone needing plumbing and drain replacement. Their employee Mike McFarland's customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. He took the time to explain every step of what needed to happen to restore my main sewer line. Mr. McFarland was concerned that I understood the procedure in completing the job. He made me feel very comfortable and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. I would use Roto Rooter again and highly recommend them.

Dispatcher was great and showed up on time when they said they would. Plumber quoted me $2,200 for 1-2 hours worth of work. Declined and had it repaired next day for $300 by licensed contractor. What a joke.
