Called voyager around noon and they had a guy come out within 4 hours to scope my drains.

Joseph had amazing communication to keep me updated when he was on his way. He was so easy to work with and took the time to explain everything. We would recommend them for sure and i am really looking forward to using their services again.

Very quick to respond and come solve the problem. Less than an hour after calling they were at my house fixing the issue. Great Customer service and quality work.

We had an excellent experience with Voyager. William in the office is stellar and very organized and Thomas is very experienced. We had a complicated hot waterline leak that led to a couple of visits but they went the extra mile and made us happy. I’m a tough customer a former Nordstrom employee with high customer service standards. Keep up the good work.

We had an outside water leak under our concrete drive way on the 5th of July. Being a holiday week end we had a hard time finding a plumber that would come out and not charge $300 just to come out. Voyager Plumbing were amazing. Jerry came right out to check out our leak, cap it off until it could be worked on that Monday. Angel and his crew had a big task and they did a great job repiping from the street to the house and to the back yard thank you for a great job. Very professional team

Voyager Plumbing was a disappointing experience from start to finish. They arrived late, did not explain things clearly, and the repairs were not done properly. I had to call back for the same problem. Felt rushed and careless. Not worth the money. They did not come and fix my problems and made them worse.

Contacted Voyager on 10/09/2025 for a small leak from the refill tube to the toilet bowl. Appears it is a degraded gasket seat on 1-2 of the tank to bowl bolts and possibly the tank to bowl washer. They were responsive in answering the phone and setting an appointment including same day appointment. There was no charge for the estimate.
The technician came out within the promised time slot. The technician took about a minute to look at the toilet issue. He then stated it would cost $549.00 to replace the 3 tank to bowl bolts and tank to bowl washer. Really? $549.00 to replace a few bolts and a washer when the cost of the materials is maybe $20-$30 at the the high end and the labor is an hour or less.
I have no idea how much experience the technician that was sent out has or how gullible he thought I was but this was definitely a predatory estimate provided.
I obviously did not go with Voyager for my repairs but I just want to caution others regarding my experience with business. Especially because I researched Voyager and they have such high yelp and google reviews. Very, very disappointed. Hope my experience was just a one off.

I had a great experience with the A Team, Arnold and Angel. The water heater at our church is in the second floor attic. Arnold evaluated the issue and came up with a solution to remove the old one and replace it with a new one. He even questioned how we used the hot water and suggested a smaller unit that would meet our needs for a reduced cost. They were both very professional and respectful of my property. I will not hesitate to call Voyager again the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Eduardo Avitia was very knowledgeable, professional and kept his work area very clean, time sensitive. The pipe broke in the wall Eduardo did what he needed to do to complete the job. Thank you Eduardo also my wife and I would recommend him to others for sure..

I had Voyager Plumbing come out to inspect water leak at our house and I am very happy with not only their work but more importantly their technical capabilities and honest approach. In our case it was not easy to find the leak and they had come out twice to finally find the source of the leak

What really stood out was that they didn't try to do unnecessary work just to charge me and in fact did few things at no charge. Once They carefully assessed the situation and connected me with a great remediation company to address the demo and reconstruction after the leak was fixed. I genuinely felt like they were looking out for my best interest, which, unfortunately, isn't always common.

I will definitely use Voyager Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional plumbing team that actually cares about doing the right thing.

I called Voyager on a Monday morning, and they had someone out to my house the same day. Arnold was the technician, and he was great. Very polite, informative and fixed my issue right away. We called Voyager Plumbing to come and fix a bathroom sink clog. The scheduling process was easy and they were very nice on the phone. Brandon showed up on time after he called to let us know he was on his way. He provided a quote before work was started and was able to complete the process as quoted. Very friendly. Clean vans. Professional uniform. Fair price. I will call them again. I highly recommend them to be your plumbers too.

PHENOMENAL EXPERTICE in plumbing. We had a slab leak caused by a burst in our cold water line the morning after Christmas 2024. Voyager plumbing immediately began to coordinate testing for moisture, abatement for lead/asbestos, packing out, and drying in preparation to execute repairs. By 14 Jan 2025 Voyager, guided by the leadership of Frank Arias, completed a TOTAL reinstall of all hot/cold water lines and drain lines for two bathrooms, kitchen, garage and ALL outdoor water/drain fixtures.
During the process Frank keep us informed of the progress and intent moving forward, further providing pictures.
I can not express how pleased we are with the total install. We took advantage of the opportunity and had Voyager install a tankless ready heater, 5 stage Halo 5 whole house water filtration system, a wash basin in the garage.
PHENOMINAL. The owner Thomas has a solid company that provides superior services.

UPDATE TO RESENT REVIEW:
Again I cannot express the professionalism and service to the customer that Voyager Plumbing exudes. While they had completed the plumbing noted in the pictures, they had one of our showers and kitchen area prepped to finish the “rough end” plumbing once the contractors completed their portion of the reconstruction. Fast forward over a month later and once the contractors have got to a point to allow Voyager plumbing to complete their portion rough end plumbing, the owner Thomas took it upon himself to come and complete the plumbing. Mind you , the Voyager plumbing contract had already been signed as complete.
From my prospective Voyager plumbing holds true to their word and puts the customers first while ensuring the job tasked is complete as specified.
