We could not be more pleased with Voyager Plumbing. Unfortunately we had to do a repipe of all our plumbing in our home. Voyager came out promptly & gave us their recommendations & quote on the spot. Arnold & his crew did an exceptional job. The entire project was done in 3 workdays. Unbelievable based on getting a few other quotes that told us it would be 10-14 days to complete the job & the quotes were extremely higher than Voyager. You will not go wrong hiring Voyager for any of your plumbing needs.

Arnold was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, completed the work with great attention to detail, and left the area clean. I was very pleased at my experience with voyager plumbing. I couldn’t have been more than happier with the Bradford white water heater they installed at my home. They were clean prompt and very happy with the customer service Joseph provided us. Thank you voyager plumbing !

Our laundry room floor was getting wet whenever we ran the washing machine. I called Voyager Plumbing, and they scheduled an appointment for later that week. Their technician arrived during the promised window and quickly identified a cracked drain pipe behind the washer. He provided a clear estimate before beginning work and completed the repair efficiently. He also checked the rest of the connections and suggested some preventative maintenance to avoid future issues. The area has been completely dry since the repair, and we appreciated their honest approach and reasonable pricing.

My valve on waterline to the refrigerator broke and flooded massively, had to shut the water for whole house. Started to look for plumbing service and was fortunate to choose Voyager Plumbing. They sent their senior Tech Arnold very quickly. Arnold performed the task professionally and diligently and restored the water supply. My thanks to Voyager and particularly Arnold for the timely help.

Our tenant contacted us early on a Monday morning to inform me that water was coming through the water sprinkler and light fixture in the laundry room. I called a few plumbers but it’s tough to schedule one early in the week since most are booked out. I called a plumber I had used in the past but he wasn’t able to make it and referred me to Voyager Plumbing. I was instructed to get a water mitigation company out there and there was no mold/damage but the cause was the water heater. I was given the go ahead to proceed with getting the water heater switched out. I called Voyager Plumbing and Thomas came out Tuesday morning. He assessed what was needed and scheduled to come back with another person since it’s difficult to change out the water heater in the attic with one person. He explained what will be changed and gave me my options.

First thing Tuesday morning, Thomas and Josh showed up and switched out the water heater. The gas line was switched out and he added shut off valves.

Now why I would recommend Thomas at Voyager Plumbing… 1) he explained that CPVC glue on a PVC pipe which caused the drain pan to fail 2) he took photos and sent them to me 3) he kept me posted on when we were scheduled and if he was in route 4) he didn’t offer and didn’t recommend installing a tankless water heater for this particular unit (I liked his honesty) 5) to keep this from happening again, he put a water alarm in the drain pan

Now I can rest easy knowing that I won’t have hot water issues anytime soon.

I saw that Voyager had many positive reviews, so I decided to give them a try. They definitely didn't disappoint. The job turned out to be a major one, and Voyager went above and beyond to make it right. I could tell they genuinely cared about their customers, and I was offered a fair deal. From now on, they will be my preferred plumbing service.

Thomas helped us install a whole-house water filtration/conditioning system. His work was professional and clean, reasonably priced. We had him back to help us with a refrigerator ice maker water line install that Best Buy screwed up. Excellent work on that as well. Recommended!

I contacted Joseph @ Voyager Plumbing just for what I thought was a simple clogged toilet!
He was honest when I told him I had just had new pipes installed nine years ago & told me to contact the other company.
The roots were inside the new pipes.
I did just that & thankfully it is warrantied!
