This company was the only one who actively came to my house on a Sunday to fix my emergency water leak. After tons of run around from my home warranty not having any affiliated companies to come service a water leak in my townhouse because it was Sunday, I got outside company authorization. But initially I called a different company because I had recognized the name. The other company came out but said they didn’t have the tools for the job but could come back the next day. Even though it was a heavy active leak that was continuing to spread even by the time they arrived. Thank goodness for my gut telling me to not give up but try to call Matrix Plumbing from a solid review I had seen via Google. They truly are 24/7 emergency service. Not only did they come in and isolate the leak, but they started to contain and minimize the damage that already happened from me waiting for another company. My whole downstairs would have been completely lost if not for this company. If you are having a plumbing emergency these guys are the professionals to call.

We called matrix plumbing to come in to give us a quote. They gave us 4 options and we had 3 different plumbers working on separate things. They were great. They even came out on Saturday. Ricki, Issac, and Miguel were great, polite, and were respectful to us and our home. They were easy to communicate with the entire time. I would recommend them to everyone.

After talking to Crystal in the early morning discussing for repair of pipe leak in the attic. Ricky was dispatch and within an hour or so, he did a quick professional repair on the pipe water leak. Cost of repair was reasonable. Also, will be looking to contact them again comes October to install and replace old tank water heater with Ricky’s quoted 4K plus tax for tankless water heater NORITZTR-50.

We had high water pressure issues and a mystery leak in our kitchen. Called Matrix plumbing and had Bruce come out each time to help us out. They were easy to get a hold of and held true to arriving at the times they specified and even called ahead to confirm. Bruce took great care of us and you could tell he cared about his work. Communicated to us along the way and worked with our busy schedule. Will definitely call him again for future help and refer to anyone that needs a professional and trustworthy job done right.

UPDATE AS OF 7/16/21:
This company is amazing! I purchased a vanity that was too tall for the plumbing that was installed (my fault, not theirs), and I asked if they could come out and help me figure out how to get the P-trap to fit with the vanity shelving.

Ricky came out again and said "no problem" and bibiddy, bobbidy, boo, he cut out the very least of the shelf to accommodate the plumbing! We now have a vanity in our bathroom after waiting for weeks to find the right one. Our master bathroom is gorgeous and sleek and we couldn't have done it without Matrix. He even solved my problem of the exposed cut in the tile and fit a pipe cover to dress up the plumbing hole.

I love that they showed up on time, addressed every issue I had, and they worked super fast. Professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were super respectful. Thank you again Matrix!

ORIGINAL POST: We were doing a remodel/addition and were going to add a master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Instead of going with our contractor's guy, we did some research and went with Matrix Plumbing and Services.

We called Crystal to schedule the walk through with Ricky to come out. He arrived on time, was professional, and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and make any recommendations that he noticed.

The quote came back and it was more than fair! It not only included the new pipes for toilet, vanity and shower, but also included changing out the whole outdated cast iron plumbing system! Our contractor's bid was more money for less work!

Super impressed with how quick and responsive this company was. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know that is doing a remodel or needs work done. Invoicing was clear and Crystal was super patient with answering all my questions.

Oh! And yes, we passed inspection with flying colors! You definitely want to hire someone that knows what they are doing.

My kitchen sink was not draining and after exhausting all my options I decided to call several plumbers. Most did not seem very eager for my business; this was not the case with Matrix. They were very helpful and I was able to make an appointment the next morning. Their technician was prompt and explained the expected cost honestly prior to beginning any work. To my surprise, Isaac determined a cheaper way to fix my piping and clear the clog. It ended up being about half the originally quoted price. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend this business to anyone in the market for a good plumber.

Matrix Plumbing is superb. My guest bathroom toilet was constantly running and Ricky and Adrian assessed the situation. Ricky recommended I get a new toilet because my other one was from 2007. They replaced mine with a water conservation one and the perfect hard seat that I wanted in less than an hour. I would recommend this Matrix Plumbing in a heartbeat!

Upon discovery of a leak under our manufactured home I knew I had to find a plumber ASAP.
Matrix plumbing was both responsive & professional.
They communicated by email, text and phone as to when they would arrive.
We were very pleased with the service and the attention to detail that Bruce provided. We also appreciated that we were charged by the job not by the hour and didn’t feel like he was rushing to get to his next call. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Also, they were considerate of social distancing & wore masks.
Over all I would recommend Matrix highly. Particularly Bruce & Phil.

Had a great experience with Perry Plumbing today. We had major sewage backup in our back yard, a real emergency situation. Brandon came out, quickly diagnosed that the cast iron from the house to the city connection was in bad shape and had root intrusion Drains from different parts of our large house came to a large "Y" connection that needed to be replaced.

He had Efrain and Logan come out the next day, which was HUGE! They had to dig down five feet to find the Y, cut it out and install new ABS with cleanouts for easy future access. Amazing they could complete this big job in one day, and our drains are running smoothly again.

Efrain, Logan and Brandon were polite, professional, and explained the work every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough.

As our house was built in the '50s with cast iron throughout, we've had history of clogged drains. We're having them back to do a full reline of the drains in the slab to resolve the issue permanently.

Erik arrived at our house very swiftly on
Christmas Eve night to fix a broken bathtub faucet. It did cost a lot being a holiday and last minute, but he did a great job. Very professional and kind.

Perry Plumbing responded fast and turned over every stone when they evaluated our plumbing situation. I can't recommend them enough. What a great thorough and professional company!

We had an after-hours emergency on a rainy night and Kenny showed up and saved the day. He was professional, personable and knew what to do to get the job done in a timely manner. Price was very fair. Especially for after-hours.

Erik did an awesome job. We had an urgent issue which prevented us from using the bathroom/showering and he was here in an instant. He had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. I definitely recommend him for any of your needs. 5 stars all the way!

Allen responded quickly to our distress call when a pipe burst in our condo. He was on the scene before the property manager even arrived to turn off the water. He worked very quickly and knowledgeably and even installed a local water isolation valve to prevent the same thing from happening in the future.

Experience with dealing with Perry Plumbing was great. Jake Hukee took care of all our needs and did a great job of keeping me informed of the status of our repair. Explained and offered options that kept the wife happy. Answered not sure on the price as this is the first time I have ever called someone for a repair that I couldn't fix.

As usual, the guys at Perry Plumbing went above and beyond. They came to fix my garbage disposal, which took literally minutes and when I asked the guys if they did heating and air, he called a friend of his to get some advice for me about my wall heater. This was way outside the scope of the job description but I was super grateful. They also came in and put on Booties to keep my floors clean. I’ve worked with this company for a couple years now, and even though the garbage disposal was more than I was hoping to pay, they did a great job and I will use them again.

Ricardo and Omar did a good job to replace the rusted pipe connected to the water tank today. However, it seems the blue ring on the bottom of the pipe linked to the water tank was forgotten and not sure it is important to be there or not.

Erik came to our rental property on an emergency call for a broken shower valve which was threatening to cause damage to both our unit and the unit below us. Even after hours, Erik was prompt, professional, kind and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed the urgent issue at hand within ~45 minutes, but he gave us recommendations on how to move forward with restoration the next day.

From my first call over the weekend, through to Erik and his assistant getting the job done on Monday it was an excellent experience. The office staff and the technicians were expert, warm and really seemed to care.
